Useful information, thank you 🙏
ОтветитьYou are on top of carpet, that is why is wobbly
Ответитьwhy nobody tries laying in bed setup.
ОтветитьI don't understand, all this logic to sit in a chair with no arm rest, 😔😔
ОтветитьThank you very much for taking the time to make this video! Hugely helpful!
ОтветитьEvery baby learn how to stand . It could be a good work out for older adults over 40 or 50
ОтветитьI doubt there are no health benefits. It's one thing to stay in the chair every day for several hours, and swtching between sitting and standing whenever you need. Of course, if while standing you're doing nothing but to stand, and no stretching, sure, it may make nearly no difference
ОтветитьThey wobble and its driving me crazy. DONT GET ONE.
ОтветитьGood video, thanks.
ОтветитьWhat's the model of Dell monitor?
ОтветитьThe strongest point made here is that just taking a standing break/ water break is good enough instead of buying a standing auto desk lol. Great video!
ОтветитьVery informative. Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat advices!
What about depth and width?
Is 120x70 cm enough?
switching positions during the day is what matters, because even with only the best chair on the market, it is very likely to come up with low back issues in the long run
ОтветитьWatching this was informative, complete with details on what to expect on your purchase.
ОтветитьSuch a useful video! Thank you for combining information with your experience. It helped me a lot with deciding what type/height I probably need.
ОтветитьWe recently bought a standing desk for my girlfriend, because she works from home. The biggest reason for it was the walking pad we bought. Now she can move and get like 30k steps while working. Her backpain went away, even though she has a pretty high end office chair. Standing desk basically changed her whole work life
ОтветитьWearing socks on a carpet? You're not worried of static electricities?
ОтветитьSeeing someone complain about desk shaking while having it on the carpet is funny.....
Ответитьnot overrated really fucking useful for real
ОтветитьMy favorite video about standing desks so far
ОтветитьI'm still waiting for a floor sitting desk!
Ответитьmaybe?
Ответитьomg so glad I found this video. I've watched your newer vids but I am your exact height as well and looking for a standing desk so this is super helpful!
Ответитьi would probably get spider veins from a standing desk
i work 7am to 9pm monday to saturday and 9am to 7pm sundays
including christmas, easter, etc
If the motor breaks the desk stays wherever it was last.
Ответитьahhhhh the cable management
ОтветитьThe health benefits are absolutely conclusive. Sitting will cause dangerous hypertension while standing wont. Fact!!
ОтветитьStanding all day isn't any healthier than sitting all day. I prefer to have a choice and I will get up and walk often. Some people have foot or back issues and can't stand all day. I really hate those retail places that force everyone to stand (cell phone and online service places seem to do this a lot). As a customer, I dislike not being given the choice to sit while talking to a rep, especially when getting service can take a lot of time. I do like how this video was presented. Some good points were made, but I'm not standing all day at work. 🙂
ОтветитьI solved the stability issue with a normal 2 leg standing desk by inserting wooden supports inside the 2 hollow supports.
ОтветитьWho works or walks through his house without shoes??? You're a really strange person.
ОтветитьErgox gas lift desk.
Same price as a wind up, faster than electric.
You're welcome.
if 70cm is too high, magnus pro xl is at 80 minimum height x)
ОтветитьFirst world problems....
ОтветитьI'm fidgety and restless by nature. A standing desk is necessary for me.
ОтветитьLove the practical advice. Very helpful. Thank you for this information!
ОтветитьI just bought one and so far I love it. For a few reasons. One of them being that I like standing, and another being when I wake up and go straight to my computer, I’m not going from lying down to sitting. It’s better after a meal too, and for when I play VR and need to return to my desk for something.
For gaming I love standing it keeps me for alert, focused, which has me hit my shots more. My desk is always at the right height for my arm angle. Without ever having to adjust my chair.
For work I can stand while doing it which for me, keeps me focused better on work, while I get lazy sitting. It feels better to write notes while standing.
I also enjoy doing freelance Voice Acting and I sing sometimes on Smule. Which now I can stand up and do it easily.
For me the benefits are immense, I’m happy I bought one.
you doubt there are any real health benefit to standing ??
Its like saying I doubt there's any real heat coming from the sun lol
Bruh people get standing desks and still have to break their fucking necks looking down at everything cause they can never get the monitor high enough
ОтветитьITS NOT if you can choose easily from up or down!
If i can choose and i want to stand up sometimes, then ITS NOT overrated!
In short NOT buy a stading desk. It only get you a hunchback and nerdneck. Look for a better posture when you sit, DONT stay sit for more than 30min and train your fucking butt.
ОтветитьLiterally bought a HM aeron today and i am looking into getting TMA standing desk. I have one at work and i use it a lot now. (My chairs have been crap until today so will see)
ОтветитьJak to zobaczyłem to się zesrałem
Ответитьis a dual motor standing desk more worth it than a single motor one?
I plan to put in a 24in monitor on an arm that is clamped to the table top and then some bose companion series 2 speakers on it (plus the keyboard and mouse).
The cpu itself would be placed on a different side table. I would like to save up some extra money if the dual motor only provides extra speed when moving up and down. thanks!
What do you call a motorized table without a table top? I like the idea of buying a motorized table stand alone and then a table top from Ikea.
Ответитьamazing, thank you
