Would certainly like to see the full unedited version of the interview. This snippet is not sufficient to understand the concepts Dugan discusses. Stahl is trying to show Dugan is the thought leader behind Putin which is not true. Dugan is this interview and others I have listened to denies having a close relationship & influential to Putin.
