He once talked about the book Forbidden Laws of Wealth by Victor Hayes and can’t believe how underrated it is. The insights in this book are game-changing definitely deserves more attention!
ОтветитьAll of these get rich books all share one common theme: What are the 'smart' things to do with your money to turn it into more money. That is the easy part. What they never tell you is how to turn no money into money.. so that you can turn that into more money. This is the hard part. Getting your initial road stake. Virtually impossible. As Robert himself says "A lender will never ask you for your report card. They will ask you for your assets." But... No money... no assets.. so no loan. Regardless of how fool-proof your plan is. This single Catch-22 is what keeps the 0 - 75%rs from ever advancing up to the 95%rs.
Perfect example is Steve Jobs and Apple Computer. When he was just a garage shop looking for a loan every last lender rejected him. Why? No assets. It wasn't until an investor, Markula, saw the value in Apple, and offered Jobs a $1/4 million initial road stake that financial things started happening for Jobs. Somebody "gave him" the initial money. Oprah Winfrey the same. There are 100 million American poor and working class "potential billionaires" that all they need is that initial road stake with no way to acquire it. Lenders won't touch them. So how to acquire this? The greatest Get Rich book of all time will answer this 'Catch-22' question. It has not been written yet.
I disagree with Robert that we need to borrow to keep the economy afloat.
Government spending of GDP is 6%. Overall GDP growth is 2%.
With a balanced US budget, the economy would initially decline by 4% then would stabilize.
Ifs great to have real estate assets the only problem we have in Canada is tenants aren’t paying their rent. Landlords are losing out. Are laws are nonsense and need to be changed to protect landlords as well as tenants. Not all landlords are honest. I’m pretty sure in one of your videos Robert you mentioned owing stocks. Like the S&P 500. People need to educate themselves in financing.
ОтветитьHis Bentley gets 1.9 GPA? Why is he measuring per acre, is he hot rodding out in the corn fields? 😆
ОтветитьGiven reduced inflation signals and as the Federal Reserve has halted rate hikes, what are the best additions for a $500K portfolio to enhance the overall performance of my portfolio next year
ОтветитьIf he brings up the PhD piece of paper one more time..... I'm gonna say he brought it up a whole lot
ОтветитьI'm favoured, $22K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America
ОтветитьIs it just me or does Robert look kinda sick in this interview. He looks like he's lost weight and his voice is different. I hope he's okay.
ОтветитьWhat did Robert actually do to study money ???
ОтветитьI'm favoured, $27K every week! I can now give back to the locals in my community and also support God's work and the church. God bless America..
ОтветитьThis guy talks a lot but there is no substance behind his word, just keeps repeating himself and avoiding questions. Waste of time
ОтветитьGreat camera but shit interview skills
ОтветитьI need India Money 9 Crores
ОтветитьI read his book This guy is too narrow minded on wealth accumulation that he disregards people's crucial contributions for the society well being he believes anyone who is not rich has a poor mindset and lack of financial management skills which is not true not everyone has access to resources and opportunities to acquire wealth and not everyone believes success is by acquiring wealth infact giving back to society is the best success
ОтветитьGreat video! I really do have a question. For someone with less than $10,000 to invest, how would you recommend we enter the crypto market? I am looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What’s your take on this approach?
ОтветитьBest way to be like Robert is do what he and I did and thats invest into turnkey multifamily properties
ОтветитьRob. You wouldnt have the apititude or intellect to complete a PhD. Lets be real. Talk with some respect.
ОтветитьI think many people are waiting for the 1 stop formula to financial success. In my 70 years their is no one single step. Over 30 years Kyusaki books have provided me with many many gems that have kept me out of financial trouble. Forever grateful to have discovered his first book way way back. Great interview. Thank you
ОтветитьThen they can’t do anything productive so they get themselves elected to run everything into the ground. They complain and then they blame, rinse and repeat.
ОтветитьI like Kiyosaki, the best financial teacher on the internet, however I don't know why he's so obsessed with mocking university education. It's like he's insecure about it, but someone with his level of wealth should not even care about that.
You can get rich, whether you have or do not have a university degree. You can also learn any university subject via self studying (requires a lot of dedication and time though).
Did he ask his bestie trump where he was in Vietnam??? He dodged the intake it with fake medical records! 🤣
ОтветитьLoved his book. Was great and made me lots of money from it. But as a person….. he is fading into talking in circles and seems more bitter. He always talks about trump…. They must suck each other off from time to time 😭🤣🤣

ОтветитьHe seems obsessed with ‘the piece of paper’ 😂
ОтветитьRich Dad is 🔥 he should’ve used the example of your house is a liability, but for your mortgage company it’s an asset, has to factor on both sides of the balance sheet.
ОтветитьAll the questions your asking is like you've never read rich dad poor dad 😂
ОтветитьA banker never ask you for your report card: facts😂❤
ОтветитьHate this charlatan
ОтветитьBut you cant get a loan to get a mortgage, not in the UK anyway, do the entire philosophy is flawed
ОтветитьHe’s describing the best strategy to adopt for what is happening now. I can’t imagine things changing anytime soon…
ОтветитьIndividual rights, choice, liberty, etc. don’t exist without private property. If you don’t own the fruits of your labor, you’re not making your own choices.
Ответитьkiyosaki is a scam.
ОтветитьAs someone with no financial statement right now would Robert advise someone like me to use the etf's, mutual fund, etc to build my financial statement to start out and if not then how?
ОтветитьInsulting people idiots is inhuman 🤔
ОтветитьHe disparages draft dodgers yet cavorts with Donald Trump. The hypocrisy is palpable. If you're interested in open-minded financial literacy, read Morgan Housel.
ОтветитьThe simple ex of debt working is leasing a vehicle and pay 400$ per month when your monthly income 10x of it. After every 3 years you get a new car / ability to buy 🚗
ОтветитьRobert you borrowed millions to buy up prime homes that have made you very wealthy. Have you considered buying up all the sidewalks in America's major cities and renting out space to the homeless, looks like golden opportunity.
ОтветитьBlah blah blah! Broken record. All wealthy person think they are correct. Robert likes his @$$ kissed if not he calls you stupid 😂
Nobody Knows
Nobody Knows
Nobody Knows
Peasant Here. 😂
ОтветитьNo answers on point 😮
ОтветитьFunny how the ultra rich who are complaining about the financial system don’t do anything about it just profiting more from it😂.
ОтветитьJohn T Reed down a delightful critique of the crankster about 20 years ago on him
No wonder his wife vanished lol
Only US and A produces such a person thankfully lol
While I agree with Kiyosaki's views on financial education, his doomsday predictions are overly dramatic.
