Lake Poinsett Crappie

If you asked me to choose between crappie and bluegill action…that’d be a tough choice. Summertime gill action is a blast, but always look forward to when the cooler weather rolls in and the crappie bite picks up. The BG-1 is a nice jig head, for sure. Caught some nice bluegill on them last Summer. Your excitement and appreciation for ultralight fishing is contagious, Randy! Every time you post, I’m ready to get back on the water. Would have had some nice filets if you had been looking to keep some of those slabs. Those black nose are beautiful. Awesome day on the water! Thanks for taking us along.🙏🐟

I am a fan of jdm tackle just like you. Thanks for all the information and your knowledge. I didn’t know before. Can you do a video on finding fish on fish finder? My first rod I bought is Yamaga 711 and just blown away with quality and will probably never sell. I want to order another rod which one you recommend next.

i been so busy lately at work i don't think i have fished in 3 months. in another year or so that little gem of a lake you've found is gonna have some really monster crappie. sure hope they don't wait to long to let people keep some. an overstocked crappie population can be disasterous for any lake.
