It all began when 2 different individuals – David Hew (Now known as Dato David Hew) and Patrick Tan (Now known as Dato Sri Dr Patrick Tan) met in 2003.

According to Dato David Hew, his biggest turning point came in 2003 when he first encounter and met his mentor and teacher, Dato Sri Dr Patrick Tan. Basically, Dato Sri Dr Patrick Tan’s philosophy has inspired Dato David as mentioned in the video and thus, the foundation of Visiber was formed.
