Bar Stools - Design Standards for Spacing

I'm designing a bar with permanent stools set in place with concrete. I am drawing it up first and wondering in plan view, how much clear space should be between the front of the stool and the edge of the counter? Thanks! It will be completely open underneath so foot room isn't a consideration, just arm reach I suppose. And belly room!
