Welcome to our latest vlog! Today, we’re taking you on an exciting journey to the Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad, located in Fish Camp, CA. Since we're visiting Yosemite National Park, we decided to include this fantastic family-friendly activity in our itinerary.

The Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad offers several delightful rides. We opted for "The Logger," a 1-hour tour on a scenic 4-mile route through the Sierra National Forest. If you're up for an evening adventure, you can also try the "Moonlight Special," which includes a nighttime train ride, a BBQ dinner, and a campfire sing-along.

We took the Logger ride before heading into Yosemite National Park. Our journey began at 11 AM, and the round trip offered breathtaking views of the forest. During the ride, the conductor shared fascinating stories about the railroad, the majestic trees, and the local wildlife. There’s even a mid-way stop where passengers can explore and take a closer look at the trains.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the counter, but booking online can save you some money. After the ride, we visited the gift shop for some souvenirs and tried our hand at gold panning (tickets for gold panning are sold separately).
