Answer: B - SInce enhancement related to their Value. hence it is guidancce to valuable delivery
Ответить1. Answer D .
- [ ] Option A , good choice
- [ ] Option B is talked about value delivery which may not true even after performance improvement. So not the correct answer.
- [ ] Option C is not correct since key word is frequent reminder to improve efficiency and not mentioned particularly about identifying and resolving issues.
- [x] Option D - is more better option since keywords in the question is frequent reminder to improve efficiency, its Change for Continuous improvement.
2 Answer D - Conduct root cause analysis.
- [ ] Option A , not a good choice
- [ ] Option B says rework but they should first check what went wrong so not correct answer.
- [ ] Option C they can continue but need root cause first.
- [x] Option D - Team should do root cause to make sure not repeat the mistake. So this looks more correct than other choices.
D. Kaizen emphasis on small improvement continously
ОтветитьD - we are pushing the team to identify wastes and eliminate them (Kaizen) thereby doing a continuous improvement. I feel Option A is not correct as its already mentioned in the question that we are improving team performance.
ОтветитьHi,
What do you mean by go back to the drawing board is it a kind of activity? -Preethi
1st sample question:
A: by a small enhancement every day, team performance will be improved. Good choice.
B: on a long run, team will be aligned to value delivery. Not so good.
C: focusing on enhancement will help identifying & resolve issues. Good choice
D: continuous improvements. Best choice as per definition of Agile.
Final answer is D, as this will lead to other 3 options.
2nd sample question:
A: as it is a mandate set by CMMI L5, just like that documents cannot be rejected.
B: can be good choice, as it provides opportunity to put your case to compliance team to seek exceptions
C: there is no role of sponsor in documentation, specifically in this case.
D: Agile says, be adaptive. As per org requirements docs are needed and prepare them. Can be possible answer.
Final answer D
3rd sample question:
A: just like that sprint cannot be cancelled. Rather the change should be planned to be included in next sprint. Not an option.
B: going back to the drawing board will enable modifying the architecture by learning from previous sprint. Can be a good choice.
C: when you know that it is not working, cannot continue work. Need to modify the approach. Not an option.
D: Conducting root-cause analysis can be done by adding in the next sprint.
Final answer B
Option D because question says one small enhancement this relates to Kaizen
ОтветитьOption D because question says one small enhancement this relates to Kaizen
Ответить❤
ОтветитьVarun able to eliminate 2 answer right away however confuse tween cancel sprint and go back to white board which one is correct
ОтветитьAnswer D (Continuous Improvement looks correct for me as it is mentioned clearly in the Question that a small enhancement every day which is Continuous improvement. So Answer D (Continuous Improvement is the correct choice out of all other choices)
ОтветитьThe man with Dhoni Voice ❤
ОтветитьGo back to the design board - Seems appropriate to me, because teams would already have done their RCA and basis on that they have concluded that they have re-work the entire sprint. So, they need to make architectural changes to give effect to this new development.
ОтветитьVarun have teaches the elimination techniques, this will be very helpful.
Ответитьyes d correct as kaizen is the change for continuous improvement
Ответитьgood
ОтветитьCorrect answer is: D. As it is for continuous improvement
ОтветитьOption A as he is focusing on improving efficiencies
ОтветитьD - As it explicitly specifies continuous improvement and small enhancements everyday
ОтветитьEliminating ABC
Right answer is D
Varun and Gautham videos are very handy for my preparation, thank u guys and keep continuing your efforts.
ОтветитьHi, I have selected the option A - Cancel the sprint. But the final answer was B- Go back to the drawing board. Does it seem they have to check the flaw and rework the design on the same sprint.
ОтветитьHey Varun,
I started my PMP journey a week ago while I chose to join Eduhubspot. Tanuja helped me orient at Eduhubspot. I will be joining Gautham's weekend batch starting 31st.
In this video, I got 2 out of 3 right. Sample 1 was for daily improvement that speaks about continual improvement. Sample 3 was easy. I also feel that going back to Drawing board may help wherein a little tweak in design may help them integrate or design a bridge to integrate.
Sample question 3: I choose D - Conduct Root cause analysis as, I feel, Option A Cancelling sprint is extreme decision, C - Continue with work is not a good idea, D. Go back to drawing board, i have no idea what ths is
ОтветитьI had marked it as Kaizen and continuous improvement for this questions, as It is about one small enhancement, so its resonates much with kaizen
ОтветитьI had marked D, as it was about organizations level, not anything else.
ОтветитьB: Go back to drawing board,
As they have already nailed it that it does not work! That means the RC is already done, hence they shall go to the board and see what went wrong and shall try to correct and proceed.
Havent watched the video yet, but I already Thumbs up the video 🙂
ОтветитьOption:B is the answer since going back to the drawing board he can see the mistakes and take action
ОтветитьAmazing video...for AGILE concepts and questions are enough to boost confidence...taking good notes for your videos..thank u
Ответитьd Kaizen as it is increental performance enhancement
ОтветитьC. removing excesses and use very important docs
ОтветитьAlso D. is correct too
Ответитьb is correct because leader trying to motivate for valuable delivery
ОтветитьQ1 Answer is D- it is very specific on getting better or improving or learning slowly
ОтветитьQ2: Option D: Adapt organization documentation as its necessary documentation (Since it was mentioned the document is a mandate one)
ОтветитьD: because it is asking how you will focus on achieving one small enhancement everyday which can be achieved by continuous improvement
Ответитьwhile your videos are super informative, would advise to please proof read your slides and presentations as there are many spelling and grammar mistakes, which does not look professional.
ОтветитьHi Varun, As per your explanation, the answer to the last question is B. But I am finding the answer to be D. My explanation is that the successful integration of the ongoing sprint with the next sprint can be found only after proceeding with the current sprint, so going back to the drawing board means we will be again starting from scratch. So it will be better to check the root cause i.e. reason for failure to integrate before moving to the drawing board. Kindly share your thoughts.
ОтветитьPractice Q1 - Best Ans = B. A is & C are Good, but D is out of the way.
ОтветитьThe best answer is D. A., you don't cancel the sprint; instead, you send it back to the document backlog for review. Perhaps it might be good for some upcoming Sprint. C, you can not continue with the work because you already realize that integration does not work. B, they must have already visited the drawing board before they knew that they needed to change the system. D, before they continue with the change, they need to investigate the reason (root cause) why the first architectural base doesn't fit, so they don't make the same mistake. So, D is the best answer.
ОтветитьCancel the sprint. Because the team has no other option since they found that it was a waste
