I got lucky to get the Jötnar Edition. Took a two hour lunch at work and even went in early to wait at Gamestop at 8:20 AM. It was only myself and one other guy there at the store until open, and we both got the preorder pretty easily.

I'm honestly surprised there wasn't a turnout for the preorder. Is everyone just doing it online anymore?

Lmao so funny. I experienced something similar, except I actually was able to get one. I'm sorry to anyone who wanted one but didn't get one. I honestly tried to buy a 2nd one so I could sell it to someone who wanted one real bad. For the price I paid not for a profit like those damn scalpers.

About a week ago, I had planned to go and wait outside my local Gamestop for them to open just so I could preorder a Jotnar Edition. I got there at 9 am and luckily nobody else was there, after I got out and waited at the door for about 5 or 10 minutes everyone else showed up. They let 2 people at a time come in, I was sure relieved once I got my preorder in because I sure didn't not wanna have to get one from a reseller. I know alot of people got mad at the store and started running their mouths not getting one and how it was unfair the people in line that got their early was able to get one. Lol I was like really, just get their early and stand outside, that's what we all did back in the day before the internet. But I heard they completely sold out around the world in just 5 minutes. The collectors edition lasted a little longer. I've seen them on ebay already going between 500 to 1000 dollars and it will probably be worse the closer to release day we get.

I hope scalping gets made very illegal and the scalpers die terrible deaths

I waited outside GameStop from 8am until 10am. I was all by myself until 9:50am and then a bunch of last minute scrubs show up and start mouth breathing in my ear. Clerk finally opens up at 10:00am and makes us all wait as he puts the exterior racks and display boxes out taking his Fawken dear sweet time as if he doesn’t know that GOWR JE Edition preorders are this morning at 10am and time sensitive… so I had to Fawken remind his ass! Got to the counter and Preordered it first and fine… I am guessing that GameStop had a secure amount that had 100% plot armour so no way we could miss out if we lined up. I really think if possible do your utmost to just line up like all the past generations taught us! Unless the company wants to be a Gen-z then your stuck losing almost every preorder to Bots!

At 11:am, I just went to GameStop and put $50 down as a preorder for the Jotnar Edition, and that was it. You guys are going to get enough by trying to order everything online. 🧐

Had the same thing happened luckily i called eb games and they said if i pre ordered it in person i could get one only on the first day of the pre orders. So in future always go in day one . Unlimited supply (they dont have a limit)

Go ahead pre order a toy that doesn’t include the game in digital or physical waste of money the only way to get the game digital is buying the PS5 that comes with the game

This was the most annoying thing ever. I put everything but then there was errors and then soon it was Out of Stock. Waited a bit and then there was more again idk how I did it but I got it. Same thing with when I was getting my PS5 on launch day without a pre order. I got really lucky with these two purchases lol.
