I hope he stays for a very long time because all players coming through will hopefully understand what it takes to have a great life .

Bravo to every single person involved to make the most historical time in the clubs history .

OG seems very rattled. Something going on behind the scenes? Has Eze handed in his notice?

A real taskmaster - quite rightly given the £’s the stars earn.

Really admire his focus on ‘the team’ and intolerance of egos.

OG is angry at Romain Esse being 1 om 1 with their goalie and backing off. He subbed him straight away. Good manager. We should have won this game.

Seems harsh, but good management. Because if Esse learns from it he becomes a better player, if it becomes a problem behind the scenes and he throws a tantrum, he wasn't ever going to make it anyway.

As a liverpool fan he sounds a bit harsh on CP. Liverpool players were not 100% focused either. How many times during the season Grav had red card or so many bad touches?

See ye in August.

I get it, it was a celebratory mood all around. Naturally, the players weren't at their peak, after partying all week, but at the same time, I like that he wants to keep up the intensity. I doubt if Liverpool were also playing to win, he would be in this position. Congrats on a great season, the first major silverware in club history, and congrats to the champions of England.

Ohoh, this looks quite familiar. Glasner had tendencies to be as "vexed" and negativ/pessimistic in the season after the huge succes with the Europa League win at Eintracht Frankfurt, whom I support. I totally get his points, that he made in this press conference. And to a degree I do even appreciate how serious he took this last match of the season, therefor his criticism of certain player's attitude certainly is justified and maybe even necessary to implement, not only as a one hit wonder but on longterm, a certain mentality of seriosity, intnesity and succes (always wanting to win, no matter what...) within the club. But still, in his whole demeanor, to me, there was a totally unnecessary & exaggerated level of negativity, even "being vexed" in this press conference, as if he took everything personnally. And that is exactly what I don't like. A warning signal for me, as he started more and more behaving like that at Frankfurt, too, in the after success season, visibly distancing himself more and more from the club (in his mimics, body language, choice of words, overly taking things personally etc.), as if he was consciously or subconsciously looking to create the grounds to leave the club to move on to another club... Just a feeling, can't explain it better than this, but people who already were Eintracht Frankfurt Fans, too, when Glasner was there, maybe might understand what I'm talking about... Nethertheless, obviously, huge respect both to him and to everyone else at Palace for this great achievement to win the FA Cup as an underdog and the 1st major title in the club history, getting the most Premier League points ever etc.

A lot going on here. Part of Glasner's philosophy is momentum. He wanted to finish the season with a win, to take that positively into the next season. He is also saying 12th next season won't be acceptable. If the players want to be in the squad they have to be 100% professional all the time. He's also telling the owners he is ambitious for next season. If they want him to stay they need to match that ambition.

He'll take Palace to the next level. Once you win a trophy, you get the respect of the fans and they're behind you. The players as well- and those coming in, will respect him from day one, because of the "peer-pressure" around them. That's how you get everyoe pulling in the same direction- keeping everyone's eyes on the prize. The manager has a plan, the players know what to do and what's expected of them, and the fans know what to do.

Palace (and he) will also have a bit more pull now, cause as an aspiring talent, you know, you're going to a club to play under a coach that won the FA Cup, and as long as you give your all and follow the manager's instructions and trust him- you'll win something. So yeah- no more slacking off, no more players who don't give 100%

Palace really impressed me yesterday.
