my firsr time getting hives i had a huge bump on my lip and hives all over i went to the hospital and they gave me liquid benadryl and it helped but i got it recent and nun happen i just took benadryl again and it went away

Seeing the child cry while the nurse was putting the IV on the child’s arm just broke my heart

What’s sad is allergic reactions are caused because the body thinks the particles in the food is attacking it and it overacts and tries to kill everything the particles come into contact with. It’s basically your body trying to kill itself over nothing. If it would calm down, there wouldn’t be a problem. I do have a coworker who is allergic to cinnamon but what she does is take Benadryl at the time she eats it to try to keep the swelling down. To be fair she’s only mildly allergic at this point and she only consumes it every so often and not very much when she does. Is it smart? No but if you are lucky you can get away with it. Doctors just don’t recommend it because you are risking having a bad reaction. Basically attempt at your own risk. Which she has been told multiple times. I’m allergic to walnuts. I’m not risking an allergic reaction over a nut that seems to only do well in salads.

The fact I know how PAINFUL having my mom taken away to be cared for because of a seizure,I didn’t see her for 3 weeks,a few years later (now) I’m autistic we found out,my mom had a Covid jab and that caused it,I was so scared and all I could do was cry and not talk,I had school 2 days after and I told my teachers and friends,they where there,I was in year 3 at the time,I got braces a few days after that

These children are so brave. God bless them and keep them safe. ❤️

I cant imagine having a disorder where my brain gives out on me because of stress alone, bless that woman, i hope she grows to learn theres no shame in taking help, especially when you’re such a good mom.

When they were talking about how the kids can't visit her in the hospital it rlly hit me. Growing up my mom was always sick, meaning every week a trip to the ER or hospital. But when covid struck I couldn't visit her. All the times before I could. But the one time I couldn't was the time she left for good. I was eleven.
It is very true, it is heartbreaking. I wouldn't with that on nobody, it hurts seeing a loved one get taken away but to not be able to see them and being young and not able to understand- hurts even worse.
