for overwatch with a 1080 graphics card what cpu would you recommend for 240+ fps? (1080p)
ОтветитьYou maybe should aim for real time frametime graphs comparisons as an addition to static graphs?
ОтветитьNo predecessor to the 10600k? 9600k?
ОтветитьVideo : Intel is better in gaming performances but AMD will get you to unzip your files faster
Comment section : Well clearly AMD is the best choice
Intel decided to take a market segment in the manufacture of home heating systems and released smart radiators.
ОтветитьGreat video!
ОтветитьI5 10600k it’s just a beast at gaming
ОтветитьMy local Micro Center has the Ryzen 7 3700X for $ 260 and the Ryzen 5 3600X for $200. The Intel i5-10600K is being listed online out of stock for $300. Just to see the cost between a 10600K and a 3700X system, I built two identical systems. I used the stock cooler that came with the Ryzen and the cost difference came out to be $280.
ОтветитьAmd fanboys sure are dumb. In fake synthetic benchmarks Amd wins. In real performance test like gaming and such intel wins. Intel achieves higher clocks without the need of pumping 1.4v into their chips. Amd gives you a $15 cooler? Wow have fun with 80c.
Ответить1080p. Yeah sure, got to hand it to Intel, they're still the best for 1080p. Good to know if you play CS or something.
In other news, the new GPU generation should significantly lower the price barrier for 4k, at least where a graphics card is concerned, and where cpu advantage evaporate.
Still mighty impressed at squeezing all the juice out if that five year old architecture for a decade old gaming standard. Bravo.
I just upgraded to the 3600 non x variant from the FX8350 lol it is night and day. I love it. I'm just having trouble overclocking it cause I'm waiting for my AIO manufacturer to send me the AM4 bracket. Great video you really made me feel even better about my choice and purchase lol
ОтветитьI really like AMD but if the 4000 series comes out sooner then later I'll probably go with them. For gaming alone I would upgrade from my 3930k to 10600k. All I am doing is gaming! I have a AMD RX 5700 and I love it!! I wonder how she will run Star Citizen? I'm excited to see!!🙂🤓
Ответитьcpu temp: amd cooler stock vs intel air coller
ОтветитьBest balanced (price-performance) for productivity (IN MY OPINION) still is the 3700X. That is still my CPU of choice.
ОтветитьCompare: >200$ Cpu's....check.
Nice Host....check.
Good benchmarks... check.
a 10$ LED Stripe in the background for the harmony, this is the way....
Look i5 10600k is 6% faster than i7 8700k amazing 💕😍
Ответитьi think its about time to change my 10 year old i7 950 with gtx 460 sli with the ryzen 5 3600 w/ rx 5700 xt...
ОтветитьI really like amd but for my audio workstation, i have to go for intel.
I hope amd will be releasing a better singel core performance soon
I snagged a 3700X at Microcenter for $260 while the 10600K was $300 not including a cooler. Having less cores with 8 becoming mainstream while paying more for a tiny boost in gaming just didn't seem worth it. I'm happy with my decision.
ОтветитьThis show 3900x is better deal than 10900k for me!
Ответитьhey, i used this cpu for my first pc and i want to over clock it to something like 4.9/5.0 ghz. any idea on how to do that?
pc spec:
I5 10600k
Gigabyte z490 UD
MSI gtx 1660 ti gaming x
Trident Z 16GB 3200mhz
650w 80plus bronze
corsair hydro 100x aio
TLDR: 3600X is the winner
ОтветитьI have been waiting to move to AMD for some time now. Right now in the UK the I5 10600k is £294 and I Just got the R5 3600x for £178 and its only 4.5% slower in games and only 7.5% slower than a 9900k! last gens Intel King! I think I know who is winning! Also I got the MSI B550 Tomahawk for £180 and the Intel Z490 Tomahawk is £195. AMD total £358 plus PCI gen 4 & guaranteed Ryzen 4000 support. Intel total £488 no PCI gen 3 and probably no forward support, I got burned by Intel with my I7 7700k & Z290 motherboard combo - obsolete in less than a year. But I7 7700k was a good CPU but its showing its age now.
ОтветитьFor $300 the combination of B450 + R5 3600 is the best in terms of p/p, you don't lose too much gaming performance compared to i5-10600k. I'm rocking msi b450m mortar max + r5 3600 + rtx 2080 super.
ОтветитьFor strictly gaming the Intel is obviously better, and that's all I do so I guess team blue it is.
Ответитьbetween 10600 and 3600x, the 3600x seems like a clear winner to me. but i wouldn't recommend 3700x
ОтветитьNo I think this is every reason to buy AMD OVER intel. Maybe a specific workflow and for a specific budget, Intel is better. Maybe. Sometimes.
Ответитьgo to ryzen
Ответить10600k - $300. Ryzen 3600 - $170. Thats a damn tough choice there.... -_- I'll pass
ОтветитьCan we please get temperatures?
ОтветитьI got 3980 with my 10600K with 5.0Ghz all-core 45x oc and I probably still have room for further oc
ОтветитьLet's see here... an average gaming delta of 4% between the R5-3600X and the i5-10600K. Maybe we should consider just how ridiculously insignificant that is. You could get a 4% variance in gaming depending on which brand of video card you choose! We're talking margin of error different here! But wait, that difference extends to a WHOPPING SEVEN PERCENT with the i5-10600K overclocked to 5GHz!
As much as Paul tries to make it interesting, this comparison shows just how stupid a person would have to be to actually buy the i5-10600K. Let's do some math:
The i5-10600K costs $290USD and if we want to hold that 5GHz stable, we're going to need a good liquid cooler. No need to go insane on it though, the Fractal S36 should do it for $120. Then we're going to need a Z490 motherboard just to have Intel's "permission" to overclock our "unlocked" CPU. They start at $130USD for an ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming 4. So we're at $540 which we'll use that as a fair budget for the AMD side.
A major point of interest is that Ryzen X CPUs should not be conventionally overclocked because it prevents them from reaching their max boost clocks and has a negative impact on gaming performance. As a result, we only need the enclosed air cooler. So, $215USD for the CPU, $140 for an ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming 4S motherboard and $180 for a Sapphire Radeon RX 5500 XT 4GB video card. I believe that brings us to $535 and we can just game with it like that. I wonder how well the Intel side's doing with the i5-10600K's IGP. LOL
Wait though because it actually gets better because we can use a B550 motherboard instead of the X570 and still retain PCI-Express 4.0 AND overclocking ability. The ASRock B550M-HDV only costs $81 which would mean $244 left over instead of $185. That bumps us up to an MSi GeForce GTX 1660 Gaming X. It sure beats Integrated Intel Graphics. LMAO
so 3600x is best for the price.
Ответить10600k vs 3600x at same price which one should I buy ?
ОтветитьI don't get why Intel mainboards or cpu's run with 2933MHZ DDR4 while AMD's can run it with 3200MHZ up to 3600MHZ? Isn't AMD-"RAM" faster then?
ОтветитьGuys remember to factor in the the intel cpus get integrated graphics but AMD cpus don’t
ОтветитьThank you so much for clock matching the 8700k and 10600k
I wish more reviewers did this in comparison videos. I like knowing what chips will do at the same clock speed, not just at stock and max overclock.
Wish you had done the same with the 3600x/3700x as well..
Also, How did I miss this video...
The only thing i use my computer for is gaming but i cant choose between the 10600k and the 10700k, ive heard the 7 is a disappointment though
ОтветитьBravo bro
ОтветитьI just purchased an i5-10600k with a beefy enough air cooler, to push it to 5.1-5.2Ghz. At that speed, even the 10900k can't match it in gaming performance since it can't clock that high without a custom loop in the system and insane voltages. Sure the Ryzen has the value aspect, but for people who can spend a bit more and are as anal as I am about squeezing maximum performance from their systems, Intel (currently), is still the way to go. This might change with the new 5XXX series from Ryzen, but we have yet to see. Love what AMD is doing, and as someone who has been running nothing but Intel since the first computer I ever laid my hands on, I'm a shill lmao. I want to see what Intel comes up with next.
ОтветитьI think, for facebook, internet and gaming is intel 10600K better choice for me.
ОтветитьWhat are your overclocking tips for my i5 10600?
Motherboard: MSI MEG Z490 Ace
GPU: MSI RTX 3080 Gaming x Trio
Cooling: MSI MAG Coreliquid 360R
Every one of these comments say the same thing. The money you are saving for going with ryzen. You dont get the top performing card, you get the one you saved money on that's slower. I dont get that honestly. Not everyone cares about being on a budget, I care about what is going to give me the best performance. I dont care if I saved 50 bucks. I saved money because its slower. It's good for being cheaper solution. It's not good for being the top performing cpu. So if your on a budget. Sure get a ryzen cpu. Good for the price. You want the best, you get a intel. I'm not saying amd is bad. Im just saying you get what you pay for.
Ответить3600x costs more than 10600k now .
Ответить"3700x is only $20 more than the 10600k"
checks prices
3700x is like $120 more...
hello. i would like to buy 10600k, may i ask, is there any nice silent fan / cooler? i don't like liquid coolers. thanks
Ответитьcompute perf is better than gaming perf since your gpu will probably be the bottleneck anyway and the 3600x runs most games at 120fps already
Ответить
