I am using a vintage pattern from ~1957 (Simplicity 2311) to make a top. I am using a less than 1 yard of fabric for this and hoping it turns out to be a quick, simple mockup to test the fit for a later project. This pattern was pretty easy, featuring an all-in-one or t-shirt sleeve and a button-up back. I would highly recommend omitting the darts and tucks because the shirt is intended to be worn tucked into high-waist shorts or trousers so it makes minimal difference unless you need to do a full-bust adjustment (not a personal struggle for me). This makes it much easier to button the back without help.

Hello friends! I'm Eden, I'm a vintage fashion and lifestyle enthusiast who is also Significantly vegan. My channel is lifestyle based with mostly the housewife life of cooking, cleaning, sewing etc with a vintage and vegan twist.
The reason I'm vegan mostly falls under vegan for health. Allergies include Sulfa (Common preservative in meat and dairy) and peanuts. You cannot "debate a vegan" out of food allergies.
