Ive been doing ur last 200 push up workout routine for 3 rounds (600 reps total)all on the floor. 3-4 days a week. Im waiting for ur 400 reps pushup workout. Few years ago i was struggling to do 25 in a row.Btw u should change 40 sec work 20 sec rest to 45 sec rest and 15 sec rest for more intensity in time based workout.
Ответитьdo i do this everyday?

ОтветитьHey idol plss back one
ОтветитьIs there a difference between thenx and the heria app?
Ответить• Planche lean to pike press / Frontal and medial delts / Start off in a pike position, lean forward as much as possible with hands by your waistline, and press right back out to the pike position with hips all the way up.
• Pike push-ups / Medial and frontal delts, and a bit of the rear for supporting / Start in a push-up position, walk with your feet to get into a pike as high as you can, come down with your face to the ground, and push up all the way back up into a pike.
• Alternating tuck planche toe taps / Shoulders (feel the burn like crazy) / With hands by where your feet are at and toes pointing the opposite way, put one foot up and alternate them, making sure to lean forward and look forward.
• 90 degree hold toe taps / Shoulders (definitely feel on fire) / Hold the bottom of a push-up position, trying to lean as forward as you can, bring one foot up and switch, squeezing your abs.
• Pseudo planche push-ups / No specific part of delts / Get into a push-up position, lean forward, go down and up, trying to bring your back as high as you can, like pushing the ground down and stretching as tall as you can go.
• High side plank raises / Medial delts / Get into a plank position from the side with your arm straight, lower your hips down to the ground and bring them all the way up, pushing with your palm and squeezing your core.
• Reverse plank raises / Rear delts / Get into a reverse plank position with hips on the ground, dig in with your heels and bring your body all the way up, pushing through your rear delts and squeezing at the top.
• Plank shrugs / Shoulders (on fire) / Get into a plank position, go down all the way with your shoulders (like a shrug) and push back out all the way, focusing on full range of motion.
... Vau !
Thank you, friend ...
your DUMB if you think he looks like that from these exercises ONLY 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆
Ответить🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьI’m a big fan of your callisthenic training routine ! Pls, I really need your advice in squats (leg exercises) progression 1-10 lvl format like you did about push ups, pull ups and abs. With respect your follower❤
ОтветитьNice brother❤
Ответитьthis actually a life saver for me, just started callisthenics for a couple of weeks and had absolutely no idea how to build shoulders
ОтветитьOn the pike lean, my feet tend to slide up forwards. How should I fix that?
ОтветитьIam from Micropenisia and watching your videos, 4 year now thank you!
ОтветитьHalf of those are isometric contractions for the shoulder which do almost nothing in terms of hypertrophy. "Feeling a burn" has nothing to do with muscular growth. The few exercises done which do hit the shoulder are limited due to stability, range of motion, no stretch and difficulty to progressive overload. For a fun workout at home it's fine but if you want to grow serious shoulders as normal human being maybe consider to atleast some dumbbells. Again: Those exercises are not bad, there are just exercises doing the job of hitting the shoulders effectively better.

ОтветитьWow Superb ❤🙏
Ответитьwhat happened, not even 100k within 6days... did thins channel crash?
ОтветитьChris can you please post other videos like this, but with different parts of the body instead?
ОтветитьHey there Chris and folks. Just started my "training journey" (always been thin, but never did real workout). Abs routine was amazing for me and now just tried this one, but i think i might not be doing it properly. I feel my shoulders engaged but not quite "on fire" really, and instead i feel kind of a "pain" (or uneasiness maybe) both on my wrists and lower back (specially on the pike exercises). I wonder if it's because i've never did those exercises and i'm not used to it or if maybe i'm doing something wrong.
Any insights on this would be much appreciated 😊
And thanks for the amazing content and great community you have here ❤
