I don’t get it ? Abby Was a much better teacher in season 1 yeah she was still strict and a bit mean at times but it was a lot more toned down and that wasn’t her only method of teaching the way she set chloe aside and gave her a pep talk to build her confidence up was not only sweet but smart it truly seemed like she understood what Chloe problem was ( lack of confidence ) and gave her what she needed to overcome it she seemed happy when all of her students won didn’t matter if it was nia or Chloe or Maddie she was happy for them all and then season 2 came around and all of that just burned up in flames

Did it make anyone else mad when Melissa said that she doesn’t care that her kids were getting left without a parent

CHLOE GOT FREAKING FIRST PLACE AND MADDIE GETS THIRD YET SHES HIGHER ON THE PYRAMID THINGY LIKE WHATTT.



Also Maddie and Chloe has/had a great bond and Abby was clesrly trying to break it





Also she should have just told Christi that she would talk to Chloe and how she has a gift but ofc since its Christi it has to be ugh like ill replace her if she wants but not hating cause the pep talk was sweet

When Kurt walked into the room with his beight orange shirt he looked exactly like my dad who also wears bright orange shirts 24/7 and coincidentally shares a name with him 😂😂😂

Poor chloe. Maddie did great

Guys is it just me or does it feel like we get adds on the good parts

After coming back to season 1, Abby used to be such a great teacher. Yes, she was harsh but she really did care for the girls, she wanted all of them to succeed. The money, producers, and competition really got to her and ruined her relationship with all the families.

I LOVE the relationship between Chloe and Maddie, like Maddie gives a peck to show she will do a AMAZING job

i like how you could ALWAYS see that these young little girls had better heads on their shoulders than most of the adults in this show. while the adults were constantly pinning Maddie and Chloe against each other and implying they should be competing and implying one is better than the other…. all those two little girls did was support each other and not pay any attention to that toxic nonsense. they had each others backs, they wished each other good luck, they encouraged each other and supported each other. it’s really sweet to see.

I don't blame Melissas husband for his feelings

So like- obviously Abby has many flaws rooted especially in the way she teaches. But I feel that this was the best season (while not saying a whole lot) I feel like this season she was kindest with the girls. You’ll notice in the beginning she recognizes it’s the girls name as much as it is her own which is a large difference from the things she says in season 3-4

"what do you want me to do? Throw her on a plane and send her home and bring in a replacement? I can do that!"" 😄 Except you could NOT!! And they could not just quit whenever they felt like it. There are contracts and scripts set in place by the production crew for the kids, the mothers, and even Abby!

Just like when Jill supposedly "quit" ALDC and went to Candy Apples. Producers set all that up

Maddie and Chloe’s duo was 🔛🔝🦢

Kelly always finding fault with Abby, but Im pretty sure that Abby dodnt take them out of rehearsal. I thought the kids & Abbys little trip was beautiful. Ii will never understand how anyone watching this show cant see the drama thats caused by the Moms. Christy was pretty tight with Maddies dad tho..Her behavior is almost as questionable as Kellys.

i'm sorry but melissa's face when kurt showed up was so funny 😂 and then they're having this discussion in front of everyone was kinda awkward

Poor Chloe trying to grab the award when her and Maddie won the duet, but Maddie is so use to winning she just took it and didn’t think anything about it ❤️

My kids are always 10th because Maddie gets more time with Abby and better choreography & costumes.

It was not ok for Melissa to not be there at NATIONALS for Maddie and Mackenzie

I love how Maddie and Chloe still show each other so much love despite everyone inadvertently putting them against each other

Think the nicest Abby’s ever been to Chloe (at least that was showed on tv), was on this episode

Maddie looks just like her dad, even more so now that she’s older

What I was really sad about is because Melissa just left to go on vacation with her bf I feel like Maddie and McKenzie should be Melissa’s top priority

So cute when Chloe and Maddie were back stage together and hugging

I feel like Chloe try’s so hard to get abby attention and forgets so many things ans i see how stressd she is and i feel so bad for her but i love aldc❤

The fact that when kurt was speaking it says maddie and Mackenzie dad but when Melisa speaks it saya maddies mom and kurt my dahtuers and Melisa says my dahtuer😊

I’m crying because when Chloe forgot her dance

I think i read once that Maddie was actually really close to her dad and half brothers but I guess the show wanted it to seem like she wasn't close to him

I love how back stage Maddie kissed Chloe before her solo and clapped for her.
