Perfect song ❤ It will look wonderful if it is in a well-produced film about Black Annis. But advise, as I am witchcraft, I have to inform you not to sing this song, or you will be evoking the Black Annis. Remember: words have power! And if sung, that power increases and the intention triples.
ОтветитьAstounding work, Karliene. You never cease to amaze me with you musical & lyrics skills.
ОтветитьI can't wait to sing this on Wesing. 😍
ОтветитьBeautiful, absolutely beautiful, I always look forward to hearing new music from you, your voice encapsulated this song perfectly, absolutely love you Karliene, do you have a fan club, because I like to think I’m a huge fan of your music.
P.S. would love to hear you do more Kate Bush, This Woman’s Work or Moments of Pleasure, you would knock it out of the park ❤️❤️❤️❤️
excuse my french but this is just fucking amazing. Sets the mood for Halloween :) and my own horror writing.
ОтветитьCan't believe that I've been here for 8+ years and your music is still as good as your work on Game of Thrones, if not better! Keep up your amazing work!
ОтветитьI've never heard of this folktale now I'm hooked.
ОтветитьBest One
ОтветитьThe perfect song for Black Annis!

ОтветитьKARLIENE…I LOVE YOU
ОтветитьIm curious if youd ever do a lovecraft mythos song?
ОтветитьGreat ❤❤❤❤
Ответитьyou have such a good voice
ОтветитьRun, run, here she comes... love it. More songs like this.
ОтветитьPoor Annie. We should love her that she is able to find peace and freedom.
ОтветитьGreat music!
Like the children's play "who fears the black man?"
Does somebody know that?
OH MY GOD!!! Black Annis is my local folklore figure, and she doesn't get enough love!!! So excited that she's the subject of one your creepy witchy songs 😍
ОтветитьI have listened to this while working about 8 times! I absolutely adore this song.
ОтветитьWonderful.. spooky, yet compelling. Thank you for a song so appropriate for the upcoming Halloween season.
ОтветитьAll should beware lest they be dragged off in darkest night to Black Annis' Bower Close
😉
Beautiful and haunting, as always. Thank you so much for making this incredible music that's been with me through all these years
ОтветитьLovely song (even if the fact Annis is pronounced the same way as my name (which is for boys) throws me for a loop, lol)!
ОтветитьMagnifique comme toujours ❤
ОтветитьI love this style!!!
ОтветитьIs this song about adrenochrome extraction?
ОтветитьThis is a classic lullaby. It fits all of the themes.
Ответить❤🧞♀️
ОтветитьWow. Would you consider doing the Blair witch?
Ответитьdo you have a song about the will o the wisp? if not, would you do one?
ОтветитьHoly cow, this has given me such a crazed idea for a hag coven in my dnd world! Could I use this song as inspiration?
ОтветитьIt's amazing when I find a joy of a channel with music that's original, well-done and fits with my writing style.
I'm most certainly staying.
❤ lovely ❤️
Ответить🔥🔥👏👏👏💯
ОтветитьAnyone else prefer imaginative lyric videos like this over cinematic videos?
ОтветитьCongratulations for this great song, Karliene! Come to Brazil.
Ответитьi love that you do spooky songs i like all things strange paranormal , i love this song by the way . Since you seem to like spooky things in uk there is the haunted highway , the creepy vanishing of lighthouse keepers of eilean mor lighthouse off the coast of the isle of lewis , in anglesey the mysterious green entity that chased off people up to no good , i have never wrote any songs well i did start one recently and i thought a creepy dream i had would make a good song subject . i like the song collaboration you did with the wonderful alina lesnik
ОтветитьIs she infertile or does she just want to eat them?
ОтветитьI started writing my own Black Annis story and I think, when I need to add details, I'm just going to put this song on and get 'in the zone'. Perfection <3
ОтветитьShe's amazing, I absolutely loved hearing this
ОтветитьFreaking awesome!!
ОтветитьA mother, who lost her babe to the dark one in the old oak, sharpens her axe. The last light of the day fades as she finishes polishing her instrument vengeance. As the stars begin to twinkle, she marches towards that accursed tree. Hefting her axe, she can see the burning coal eyes glaring at her out of the scar of the tree. She swings, a piercing scream is heard throughout the land, and her axe makes a sickening crunch. Sap as red and as thick as blood spews forth. The screaming continued, and the rhythm of rending wood and bone continued. The creature did not stand a chance against a grieving mother. She returned home to her husband, whose eyes her child had. Only one tree in the forest burned with the remains of Black Annis.
ОтветитьImagine her in a comic book
ОтветитьWoo! song from my neck of the woods
ОтветитьJust Wow 🩷
ОтветитьGiving THE WITCH vibes !!! awesome !!!
ОтветитьNew mythical creature for me. Nice to find an educational song writer.
ОтветитьLove this song!
ОтветитьI thought Black Annis sounded familiar. Checked Katharine Briggs' indispensable, 'Encyclopedia of Fairies, Hobgoblins, Brownies, Bogies, and Other Supernatural Creatures,' and she has a nice entry between Billy Winker and Black Dogs. All in all a very nasty creature you do not want to meet under any circumstance. A great and creepy job on the visuals, words and singing.
ОтветитьKiiiiilllin it gosh damn. I rock this for mood setting and halloween events in DnD and online and what not. Everybody LOVES your voice and your music, and agrees the idea of somebody singing this in the forest is horrifying! Would love to see acapella versions for horror haha.
