I feel like that's with anything that has professionals. Like in skateboarding, etc. Then you're lile oh that'd why they get paid to do this.
Ответитьhe even looks like he could go on for another 10 miles after finishing
ОтветитьIt is much easier to do on a treadmill then outside. Being outside you have to feel the heat, the wind blowing against your nose, and the rough terrain but that is still very impressive and I know I can’t do that but I can give opinions.
ОтветитьNot quite the same kipchoge had illeagal prototypes of the alphas with 2 or 3 carbon plates with 2 air pods on each other so more efficient
Ответить3h19 marathon, yes yes “pretty good” runner
ОтветитьWell well well
ОтветитьElihud have a DNA that allows him, most Kenyans and Ethiopians can run fast.
ОтветитьAFRICA!
ОтветитьHe has an insanely low BMI. And a crazy and dedicated schedule. That's why he is so good. Also, running on road is always harder than treadmill because of wind resistance and some other factors.
ОтветитьIn Kenya, Kenyans r constantly being chased by lions🦁. In America, cops r chasing u.
ОтветитьConclusions don't compare with others 😂
ОтветитьHahahaha 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьIt's an ad
ОтветитьI believe Kipchoge pace can be use as a workout. Maybe try a few minutes with Kipchoge pace. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Ответитьeffortless performance by Kipchoge, it's also crazy how they train every single day and rest day still consist of running but a slower pace. totally inspired me to run again. Thank You Kipchoge!
ОтветитьSir that is why eliuge kipchoge run that fast because since he was a kid he already run and have discipline for himself 😊
ОтветитьI’m from Kenya and have met Eliud. He’s probably the nicest most down to earth athlete ever. Asked him what he thinks helps him most, and he said diet + sleep.
ОтветитьBut he didn’t make it sub 2 though right?
ОтветитьJesus Christ that’s unbelievable.
ОтветитьI saw that guy in Chile last year. He run amazingly and people after him took like 15 minutes before
Ответитьlol I died on 8mph on tres. 13 mph is wild to think about
ОтветитьAnd Kelvin Kiptum somehow lived up to that greatness. Rest in peace.
Ответить13 mph is 20 kmph, I just google it 😵😵💫
ОтветитьCall Goggins he’s gonna be pissed
ОтветитьSpeed work is needed by distance runners. People don’t understand how fast they are. You can run miles for days but anyone would have the same result if they aren’t half comfortable at a fast pace
ОтветитьHe has longer and stronger strides
ОтветитьHis body mass is key
ОтветитьThat’s why I don’t even sign up for marathons 😂.
ОтветитьInsane.
ОтветитьA similar thing happened around the 50s. A man ran a four minute mile and everyone presumed it was impossible. Then, over the years, more and more people did the four minute mile until it was no longer a great feat. This might not be too different. We’ll catch up, give us a few decades.
ОтветитьInnnnsaneeeeeee
Ответитьpeople don’t realize how difficult this is, 90% of people can even constantly run 2 laps around a track with out feeling like they’re dying or being completely gassed out after
ОтветитьI came down a weird rabbit hole and I’m only now learning of Eliud Kipchoge and his incredible feats. This man is a legend. WOW
ОтветитьHe is a real life mutant with enhance stamina. Seriously what he can do, normal humans cant.
ОтветитьWhat bothers me is that they have no set definition of a lot of their stuff by design so they can change it when you press them. Just layers and layers of confusion on the way down. Good on Trent for making him define things.
ОтветитьWorld class doping.
ОтветитьIf you think about it he's running a 17 second 100m for an entire marathon which is wild
ОтветитьAt that pace the shoes really don’t matter
ОтветитьKipchoge works very hard, do lot of practice. he is a legend in running.
ОтветитьChampion
Ответить13mph is not the exact pace he held and those alphaflys are not the exact shoes he wore. He ran slightly faster than 13mph and wore a prototype to the alphafly
ОтветитьBro I tried to keep this pace but was beat around the 5 min mark, couldn’t handle it
ОтветитьWow
Ответитьcan we run full marathon in them
Ответитьhis stride is too big that 13 mph looked like a jog to him 🥶🥶🥶
ОтветитьI was able to hold his pace for 1 mile 🎉
ОтветитьCap Wilson onsare did it first
ОтветитьAdd the fact that he’s pushing on the ground and for you the ground is moving for you
ОтветитьDude the fact that he maintained that speed for 2 hours is fucking astonishing
Ответить
