well i can assure u this much dat it can play Subway surfer,shadowgun and shadowgun deadzone really very very well absolutly without any lag..as i bought this phone just 3 days back...but yea also lemme tel u dat it cant play very graphically intense games like NFS MW,Backstab,Splinter cell conviction, Asphalt 7 , Batman and even asphalt 6...as i have tried them all...but yea it can play many other HD games :)

i have the us model with the small 4.5 in screen and it lags

for better speed you must force enable the gpu or the phone will use the ups to process graphics and the only way is to go to settings developer oprions and check/ enable force gpu rendering also check and make sure both animation scale settings are at .5x this will speed up the phone and give faster gamming and faster phone.

but think about the battery dude i have tried it.

this mobile could be 10 times better if it had 1.2ghz proccesor with dualcore but it is still one of the cheapest and the best phones :D

Rooting is basically like Jailbreaking, just for Android. It allows you to do certain things within the phone that Android doesn't really want you to do. There is a program that, when you root the phone, will allow you to move the apps to the SD card. Rooting your phone doesn't void your warranty, but you won't be able to do anything special by just rooting your phone. You have to unlock your bootloader, etc.; unlocking your bootloader is what voids most warranties.
