may be you need to block outdoor steering to test correctly. beacause if it pignon-pump base, this why outdoor stering turn in oposite direction, and why your piston don't move correctly, all the power go to the rotation on the outdoor steering.

ОтветитьFor a dual steering wheel hydraulic configuration, some boats have an isolator valve / switch to enable only one of the wheels at a time. Others have a wheel lock mechanism. Newer setups have solenoid isolator and sensors in the wheels, etc.
ОтветитьHaving two two steering pumps connected to one rudder requires a stop block. Otherwise you will only move the other steering wheel since it is easier to move than the rudder.
ОтветитьWith the availability of compressed air, I'm surprised you don't use an 'HVLP' spray gun to do the bulk of the application. They cost from 28 Euro and up, and are easy to use... Retired Hydraulic Tech here, The steering problem may be piston cup seals, they can leak in one direction. 👍

Ответитьthere must be a stop block. I think it's on the lower steering pump. There could be a stuck valve there. Because of the interference between the two steering pumps it is more probably the stop block than a leaking cup.
ОтветитьOntlucht hem maar op je hoogste punt, zet gelijk beide slangen om zodat bb naar bb stuurt en sb naar sb 😊 wellicht daar voor verkoop ellende geweest en dit snel klaar gemaakt. Of dop dit eerst af op je binnen unit.
