I think you can shift the bedroom and the bathroom upstairs, and use the space downstairs for a greenhouse that goes AROUND the house.

I agree with making the stairs of the shop wider to give customers more room to stand. I was thinking it was going to be more open air (so deleting the side walls). Otherwise, I love it!

Hi Kelsey! I was thinking, maybe you could open up the shop area to make it feel more like a deck by adding wooden floors and leaving only the columns, instead of those walls that make the space feel a bit claustrophobic, haha! You could also add some hanging plants and similar decor to give it a more open and inviting look :)
