So now the people who pay all the taxes won’t be seeing road improvements where they live, instead they’re paying for Septa’s refusal to actually collect the fare from EVERY rider. They’ll be in the same situation in a year if they don’t start insisting on payment of the fare.

Money from Pendott means money from the PA Turnpike then. They are all interrelated. Septa should be shut down and privatized
