ОтветитьHi Pritam, I am in Xanadu update, there are a lot of fields unavailable for me. Ex- Configure option is not available after I click Impact, Filter is unavailable in view form. Do you have any resolution for this? Also regularly for work do you use the latest update or any previous update that you are familiar with?

Ответитьin the incident .list , if i check list calculation of sate column it is showing total value it is showing 297. how i dont know in state filed i can see only new or old, on old etc. but the total rows in incident.list is only 79 rows are there.

As a System Administrator , i tried to create configure list layout, ended up getting these message, could you please help me to sort this. Message is :
The 'Default view' is in the Global application, but Sunshine is the current application. To edit this list:
Edit this view in Global
Create a view in Sunshine
