Needs, more range on the overall articulation, the ball joints should be accounted for while sculpting the figure and not just a strait cut with a small ball joint in the middle. Thanks for the review Anthony.
Ответитьpointy shoulders are so sick‼️‼️
ОтветитьI was really impressed with the face sculpt on the Arkham Knight Batman figure as well.
ОтветитьThere is some bad articulation but for a 20 to 25 dollar figure is great
ОтветитьAnother target exclusive, another Batman, another figure I have absolutely no interest in buying.
ОтветитьLove this figure, still think the Arkham Knight is the best Batman. But this is definitely second for me.
ОтветитьI feel like just about every action figure company needs to learn that thick thighs save lives.
ОтветитьCowl - Yes, there could be a human skull underneath that thing. For some reason the other cowls act like the skull is misshapen like a newborn baby head. Mcfarlane just do that from now on.
Shading, this enters an area where I think I'd leave it up to customizers. The shading some people want is accomplished by controlling the lighting situation. Prior to the most recent appearance in the comics, this look was usually seen in a night scene or room with limited lighting. At best the red belt needs some wash to bring out the details.
The holsters not being connected?
Besides required an additional step to get the legs in, I can already foresee the problem.
"The holsters snapped, how do I fix it?"
Alt heads and the typical torso/leg articulation is the usual criticism.
They must be trying reuse molds for the joints despite needing a new one for the newly sculpted area. Otherwise why not fix these issues in the follow-up figures?
This figure is not target exclusive.
ОтветитьMy biggest complaint with the McFarlane figures I have is definitely the ratchets, especially on the feet. They make posing a nightmare.
ОтветитьThis looks really good but the lack of ab range hurts it. And no extra hands?
Gotta agree, 7-8/10 at best.
Well despite all its flaws, it’s still a figure I like.
I like your objective point of view.
did you like the arkham knight batman from this line?
ОтветитьDamn these exclusives. Us folks overseas (in the UK for me) really do have to take what we can get.
ОтветитьThat's why kids... NEVER skip leg day
ОтветитьThis one definitely a 9 for me!
ОтветитьLove the way this guy looks in or out of the box.
My favorite Batman figure ever made thus far.
Damn I got bigger legs than this batman.
ОтветитьUnderrated. 8.5/10 for me.
ОтветитьNice figure, do Superman Red Son , please, would like to know your thoughts
ОтветитьI love Anthony. It's like my anatomy teacher critiquing the physiology of my figures haha.
ОтветитьHow are these ankles still being used as standard for Mcfarlane Toys!!!! So friggin frustrating 🤬
ОтветитьThis shouldn't be a retailer exclusive. I do hope we get the Martha Joker too though.
ОтветитьCan Mcfarlane please give us a good reverse flash so I can recreate the end scene from the flashpoint paradox
ОтветитьGreat Review!!! McFarlane.... a hit or miss! A little customizing and this figure would be 🔥particularly in the legs!
ОтветитьI actually enjoyed this figure a lot more than I expected to. First time I’ve ever found that ball peg/slip cover combo useful too (to have him look as though he’s about to pull the gun out the holster) but damn, fix that diaphragm cut! Great review as always Anthony.
ОтветитьI'm guessing the ankle ball joint is the exact same mold as the ball joint they use for the wrists to save money. That could probably explain why it's so tiny. Of course it doesn't excuse how bad it looks, just an observation.
ОтветитьLuckily managed to get a pre-order despite the issues mentioned I like the look of this figure quite alot
ОтветитьIf you take the shins from all the McF Batmen you can join them together for Shin Manstrong and he will fight Stilt Man and Dr Colossus
ОтветитьSo glad i got this figure. Thomas Wayne's Batman looks sick!
ОтветитьI need this Batman so bad, it reminds me of Spawn X Batman
ОтветитьI got him for $17.99 from Target 46 days ago (152 g weight). Yes, he has problems. Mine has uneven feet issue but the included stand gives him enough support to stand upright. It's an alright figure for the price I paid.
ОтветитьWas so hyped for this guy and then I remembered that McFarlane is doing the articulation.
Ответитьan incredible figure and your channel is the best greetings
ОтветитьThis Flashpoint Batman figure would make for a really badass standard Batman figure.
ОтветитьThe caul with the scowl!
ОтветитьI love this figure, but the fact that McFarlane has made only one Batman figure with a fist is absurd.
ОтветитьCan someone please tell me why these Todd McFarland figures are not made to do the splits with their legs anymore?
ОтветитьGot mine in today and his chin has a big black paint smear all over it, disappointed to say the least because now I have to return it and hope the next one doesn’t have that.
ОтветитьAnkles are shit. Hate this design.
Ответить3 things that make this line a no go for me.
1: 7' scale, incompatible with ML ... again. I swear DC goes out of their way to not make these scale with ML line.
2: Like freaking 90% all Batman related.
3: Come with hardly no accessories such as alternate heads and hands & articulation sucks.
Neids exchangeable head with his mask off.
ОтветитьI always think the Multiverse line figures are very lanky looking, I have this one and I’m sad because the paint on the stubble looks terrible on mine up close
ОтветитьI can’t stand the fact that they don’t have any upper thy Swivel or any lower leg twist
ОтветитьYa, but how are the thighs tho?
ОтветитьLeft hip joint cracked on my figure costing 60 dollars to get fixed.
ОтветитьWish I would have picked this one up. Great looking figure.
Ответитьthat i must have figure for me ofc ^^
Ответить🤘
ОтветитьI've learnt about anatomy just from watching this videos, love your work Anthony and especially the jokes you sneak in
