ОтветитьHi dr pls do weight gain tips for diabetics
ОтветитьIs it ok to use liquid stevia for this recipe?
Ответитьits ok that it will not spike your blood sugar, but I have read somewhere stevia will increase your insulin secretion
ОтветитьCan i replace the coconut oil to olive oil?
ОтветитьCocow powder or coco powder?
Ответитьeating one rn. its hella dry and bitter
ОтветитьCan I use banana instead of stevia?
ОтветитьHis chocolate recipe, in tbsp, but you could just consider them ratios, it's very close to equal, so you could probably use equal parts of each, and just adjust to taste
2 cocoa powder
1½ sweetner (Monk fruit or equiv)
3 coconut oil
How many servings does the recipe on the video make?
ОтветитьIs it good if I use it melted to put on sugar-free homemade ice cream? Chocolate syrup?
ОтветитьSo delicious I made it thank you for the recipe
ОтветитьCan I know Sweetner added in this
ОтветитьThank u so much
ОтветитьI wonder how it would turn with avocado oil instead of coconut milk. Coconut milk has a ton of saturated fat.
ОтветитьIm going to try this
ОтветитьSweet!! 🍭🍭🍭
ОтветитьCould we make it without fat/oil?
ОтветитьI’m gonna use this for home made chocolate. I’ve been super worried about finding sugar free chocolate so this helps a lot

ОтветитьCocoa 2tbs
Sweetner 1.5tbs
Coconut oil 3tbs
Could probably make cupcakes like that.
ОтветитьReally good. I used Allulose and sub 1 tbsp butter in place of 1 tbsp CO.
ОтветитьOther things to add
Milk powder 1 to 3 tb spoons
A splash of vanilla

ОтветитьGive me mesurement
ОтветитьNo way am I using coconut oil, cholesterol!!!!!!!!!!!
ОтветитьHave you tried MCT oil? That puts you in ketosis quickly. But it probably doesn’t become solid at room temperature like coconut oil?
Ответитьthis is soooooo delicious! dark chocooate is so expensive where i live.. this is a total game changer
ОтветитьTried it twice the second I used a half tablespoon more of stevia. Both were terrible.
ОтветитьDoesn't work with xylitol.
ОтветитьWhy melt the coconut oil? It is already a liquid at room temp?
ОтветитьNice recipe 👍🏼
ОтветитьIs tbl table spoons?
ОтветитьSweetener❎️honey✅️
ОтветитьNow I like more butter than coconut oil. Before I did it many times with coconut oil.
ОтветитьCan I add milk to make it milk chocolate

Ответитьis that DARK chocolate or does it taste like MILK chocolate?
Ответить90% saturated fatty acids....
ОтветитьThank you!!!
ОтветитьWhat were the results? Did it spike? And, if so, by how much?
ОтветитьThank you for sharing this! I was craving for a starbucks chocolate drink but this took care of it 🤌
ОтветитьI wonder if the cocoa powder spikes blood sugar for some of us, I read it has carbohydrates, even though no sugar.
