All in the name of research.
A cracking video, my friend.
Thanks for the vid
Would you mind sharing the recipe?
Cheers
Great review Graham. Looking forward to tasting a few of each with you soon 😊
ОтветитьYour a lucky fella to have a keg of Guinness and such a great looking and sounding clone side by side. You’ve got a great bar setup it’s amazing. As I said on your previous video I’m definitely going to give that recipe a go , although I have no nitrous set up ,it’s hard enough getting c02 in the uk at home at any reasonable price at the moment so it’ll be nowhere near as silky and amazing looking like yours. Another great vid and respect to the camera person nice work cheers 👍🍻
ОтветитьJust a thought Graham...a lot of the clone recipes seem to call for quite a bit of roasted barley...I know you've been reading John Palmers book..in his recipe he suggests a bit less roasted barley...maybe something worth fiddling with...cheers mate..
ОтветитьBrilliant well done Graham.
Always enjoy your comparison videos. You must be so chuffed.
I'm guessing if you have a bought genuine Guinness on tap it's got to be close to your Birthday now.
So I'll say Happy Birthday for which ever day it lands on🎉
Keep up the good work Graham. Your videos are brilliant. Is the mash kettle you have worth buying?
ОтветитьGraham, do you ever get out to the pub😂 Does the "wife" not want the kitchen back?
ОтветитьBoth look lovely pints mate. 👍
ОтветитьAll grain Guinness clones nearly always beats the real thing I think getting the hop addictions right Is Important I use northern brewer and Willamina it's like Guinness used to taste , great video keep em coming 👍
ОтветитьIs there a recipe on line?
