ОтветитьHi, sorry I don't know English very well, but I want to share. I've been doing it for a month, the second month has started, my posture and neck have become much better, I've been slouching since I was four, I plan to fix everything completely, I wonder how long it will take me. The coolest exercise is lying on a bolster, it relaxes the thoracic region perfectly. Thank so much!!!!

ОтветитьHi im 17 and I have been with a neck hump since i was 13, I wouldnt say my posture was perfect back then but it wasnt as bad but once during the swimming pool i wanted to do a back flip, in that dumb process i hit my tooth and broke it (its fixed now) but that NIGHT there was a bump at the base of my neck after couple months we went to a doctor not sure what he was specialized in most probably a general doctor he said, oh its common and then we took x ray apparantly the base of my neck which i thought was broken spine was actually a lump of fat and he said my spine is alright and there is jus a lump of fat , he jus said i need to do physical actitivity its been a bit around 3 years i tried strectes everything but not gonna say i was consistent. and its affected me a lot. i saw ur video today so i just want to address it today and this time ill try to not sway away and be consistant. is there anyting else you reccomend?
ОтветитьOn the third exercise I hurt the front side of my neck and now its so tight i cant swallow and im freaking out! Going to try and get a mssage ASAP. Any tips?!

ОтветитьI'm gonna try this. I've already started keeping my head back, and it hurts a bit and sometimes when I do it and breathe in there can be a little click in the neck. Is that a sign that it's loosening up?

After i did those exercise for 1st time my posture get perfect than i think
I donnt have intense FHP
So it healed fasttt i will do dailyy thnkssss
i have an anterior pelvic tilt which has caused some light scoliosis. the light scoliosis has cause me a hunchback posture with the neck being very stiff. when i do these exercises i feel good but what else can i do about my neck to become better? the lateral flexion shows how stiff my neck is. should i continue doing them?
when i do the last exercise i have an intense dizzines and cant stay in that position for more than 30 sec. any tips?

ОтветитьSir I am suffering problem from six months.. when move my neck I am continie feeling sounds in my neck... My MRI report says Reversed Cervical Londosis may be due to muscle spasm..
Is that why I'm suffering from this noise in my neck?Please tell me what is the reason for this sound in neck and what is the solution.suggest me some exercise

Ok so first things first - from the warmup neck drill when I go down with my head I REALLY REALLY feel it in my thoracic spine and on the other movements I dont "feel" anything bad in particular, so I'm guessing thats a clear indicator where my issues is? Fix thoracic spine to fix forward head posture? 🤔Also from a bodybulding perspective if someone starts using the little gadget that u tie around your head and train neck with it (with a litle bit of weight) is that also going to help u reverse forward head posture? 🤔

ОтветитьI definitely have forward head and rounded shoulders, the past few months I been having pain all round my ribs. Mainly in a straight line across my chest, where my lats meet my ribs and in the middle of my back. I’ve had tests at hospital and they said it’s not my heart. I defiantly think this is something to do with my posture, I notice my pain starts most of the time when I’m sitting in a chair or driving.

ОтветитьI've been to 2 Emergency rooms, I was in the back of 2 ambulances. All in a year. Different diagnosis. High blood pressure, GERD, IBS. Different medications for different things, the issues persisted. Went to a chiropractor, Stage 1 Forward Head Posture with Cervical Radiculopathy. Nothing has helped. Im hoping this does. Ill be back to report after a few weeks. Good luck to anyone else with this condition. It's not fun by any means. Oh btw i went to the chiropractor for 3 weeks and my high blood pressure went away. 😮
