So... Hazard Zone 2.0? How many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man?! Fuck it, I'm calling it. Just like all the other BF extraction gamemodes it will be a wet fart. It 100% will eat up dev time and resources as ofcourse they will have to balance the gamemode totally differently compared to the main gamemodes. At least this time it might be F2P gamemode so maybe it will get some live but I don't think so, last two times it didn't work and it was a total shitshow so not really holding my breath for the 3rd time, even if 3rd time is the charm.

But hey, it it works that's great, good for the devs but, then again, it if eats shit right out of the gate what does that tell us about EA and their way of thinking about the future of BF? It was clear that the "core" BF gamers don't really fuck with the whole extraction mode so why in the hells do they still think "Hurr durr let's slap a extraction mode like we did the last time, this time the gamers will love it!" And, hey, who bets that they will have Hazard Zone only unlocks to "force" people to at least try the gamemode so they can get their camo or charm or god forbid it, weapon unlocks....

You have been critical of BF2042, unlike other creators who have click bait titles like "2042 is back" or "It's good now". 2042 is a terrible game. You brought up many terrible features and lack of content throughout your time with it. There were some fun mechanics with it as well and they should be talked about and you addressed them. There is a difference.

Bro at this point im convinced BB was a social experiment. Low budget, low investment, roping people along.... But for how long?

Yeah I'm very cautious of battlefield right now cuz any thing they might show off when ever they show off features we won't know if it's going to get cut from the final game.

All they need to do is look at battlebit, and take out the building aspect for non support. I prefer vehicle gameplay in battlefield anyway so theyll have that. But the thing is, it's made by EA. That's why you should be hesitant

Just make bad company 3 and take all the best aspects of battlefield 4 in battlefield 3 and obviously bad company 2 and mix it all together

Honestly, I'd be sceptical if not for one thing. Vince Zampella. He has a good track record over the years, everything he touches seems to turn to gold. Most importantly he seems to have a spine and has a good history of standing up to business executives, which I'd imagine will be important when dealing with EA. I'm surprised this aspect isn't talked about much. Failed projects can more often than not be traced back to leadership.

Everything they've said about this new BF is the same as what they said about 2042, practically word for word so i'll be taking everything they say and show with a massive grain of salt.
I'll judge it when the beta drops.
I played 3 matches of the 2042 beta before uninstalling, i'm expecting the same to happen again.
Here's hoping i'm pleasantly surprised.

Even if DICE and EA on paper are making all the right changes, like more weapons, classes instead of spesialists, etc, that will not fix broken core design.
2042 did not fail just because of operators and stupid tornadoes. it failed because the game was so horribly unoptimized and bug riddled it was unplayable. the maps were poorly designed. the game was shockingly lacking in basic features. The core experience was not there, and what was there was woefully underdeveloped.

It would be against every EA trend for a new AAA release to be well designed from the ground up, feature complete, and well polished.
I really do not believe this next Battlefield game will be good. Remember that all the old veterans already left DICE, and that is without factoring in EA's consistent behaviour.

I'm going to pass, purely because yet again they are going to fuck us. Its black and white ink on this paper and I see is clearly coming. CoD installed the battle Royal system into the core system of the game, problem is you cant design them as separate pieces as they share code and weapons. Meaning they will use the Battle Royal config to define the core gameplay of the Multiplayer experiance. I'm going to state it now, it didn't work properly in CoD as they cut corners and created volitile issues that lasted threw every launch phase leading up to the 3rd or 4th major drop. This also means that Battlefield will get a bigger file size, probably compairable to Call of Duty of which now has a "Free" option meaning that cheaters will also influx to mess with the anti-cheat for free and then start stiring that can of worms. I directly dont see a purpose in this clusterfuck that they would add this system outside of trying to recover for there blunder in the hopes of recovering the playerbase they lost with the final nail in the coffin of 2042.

I think the best result to fix the series would be to downright point out we arnt paying for hot garbage anymore as a whole. They basically are going to try to suck off the CoD community to make up for there tragic downfall of greed vs competency. They have been trying to innovate every update with the constraint of mainstreaming there game, meaning they cant deviate far to make the gunplay different or the core combined arms gamplay different. Which means there best hope was the class mechanic changes (which fucked with too much stuff adding abilities instead of standard class features).

Lets not forget they will also charge you for the game, premium price, then they will charge you for DLC, and then charge you for Battle Passes that also will come with grind-able weapons that will by paid to skip too and will be overbearing against other weapons till they end the season and nerf it (To repeat the cycle next round). Its a common tactic that nets CoD so much extra cash and I see that targeted by EA specifically, every bit of NFT and easy cash grab will be hunted down. I refuse to pay for a dogshit shell of a series that Battlebit and games like it decided to give us flat out and for significantly less price. You can pay 30 USD and get battlebit, or you have to buy a yearly clusterfuck experiance from EA or Disney (Basically the owners of CoD) and watch the whole thing turn into a toxic pay to play series that hasnt done anything but coppy other games to suck in other crowds if possible. (CoD innovation was zombies, everything else basically was a coppy paste of other things, they added a extraction shooter, only to remove it because excape from tarkov pulled a toxic charge bullshit and Activision was going to probably try it and saw it was a dead end and canned the game mode all together)

Why pay for stuff that consoles can blearily handle, computers need major over hauls, only for short term gimmicks that wont be finished before they end the game and start again the next project barely innovating on those systems every game. Battelfield did destruction best in BF3 and since then its next best innovation was a building system that was horribly limited in 5, after that they tried to gimmick there ass off, and instead of fixing everything they just shut down other games in the hopes of making them play BF2042 expecting them to use portal (which is a 15 dollars a month subscription to use, and then 15 dollars to buy a server to use, meaning its 30 dollars to run a shit server at there convienence when they had working servers in games that arnt scuffed at all). You can tell EA is scraping to squeeze the player base expecially, meaning this game will be no exception. This game will suck ass, but probably have good gunplay and be heavily monetized. Let the damn series fork up a game for the price they offer, thats my statement, let EA take a threat of losing there money for a change. Maybe they will notice we are pissed at them

I have zero faith in EA DICE to deliver a BF game. It will be fortnite field again with sassy women quips and pink camo tanks. BF is a total joke 🖕EA 🖕DICE
