Ответитьi got huge after 3 years in gym... but then spent 2 years out... gained allot of fat... During a 12 week BODY weight program!!! Do you think its ok for me to train on a cut, and will my muscles memory still activate? and lose fat?
I also am running for 45 minutes on rest days

ОтветитьThis morning I was doing push-ups and my neck popped and now it hurts like crap to move it what do I do ? I am not blaming neck training tho because I have also been doing a lot of back training and posture correcting excersizes and stuff. Also when i do pull-ups sometimes my back makes a popping noise, is this bad and could this all be caused by overtraining or not warming up enough

ОтветитьCan you do neck training if you have a degenerative disc and are going to the chiropractor regularly. I feel like if I ask my chiropractor he'll say no but to be honest most doctors have no idea how beneficial resistance training is.
ОтветитьYou don't need a gym. Push ups, pull ups and throw a body over your shoulder and squat. Too easy.

ОтветитьWhen I don't train my neck for a min and then do inverted shrugs on the rings my neck gets sore af. Only down side is I can only use them for super high volume sets of 60-80 with lifting straps cuz you can't load it comfortable otjervthan getting heavier. Helps me recovery from barbell shrugs. Gotta have the straps close together. Your wrists should slide up and down against your sides and the outer blade of the foot grazes the inside of the strap to help guide, use straps to burn the traps. Same for the dips. Your delts/triceps and the ring should graze your body throughout the movement, bring the straps to shoulder width. Once you can do these comfortably without being pulled out you can either start to gradually separate the straps to exaggerate the moment arms pulling your arms outwards or keep the moment arms as minimal as possible by keeping the straps close but adding a dip belt which will focus more on the prime movers although still increase stabilization demand ✨️
