Does this enable it as a semantic search?

Thanks! How does the algolia search handle if I want to both search semantically, but also prioritize matching text. For example, if i'm searching specifically for the title of a product, I want those to be ranked higher if it is near an exact match, but I also want similar products to show up below it.
