I don't suffer from nightmares with Pluto in the 12th house but I do have vivid dreams. One night, I dreamt I was on a stone slab on top of a temple and that I was sacrificed. I could see them hold my heart above my body while still conscious for a few split seconds. I woke up with a massive gasp, my heart was beating so fast I thought I would have a heart attack (I was 19). My legs were cold and numb, and every cell in my body was vibrating wildly.

My Neptune is in my 12th house and you are so spot on. My mother used to almost scream at me "how do you know that?" when I was a child. I always knew then that I'd said something not normal. I repressed it mostly once I got to school although it still would reappear with family up until I was about 14yo. Then it disappeared mostly until I was in my first Saturn return. I've gradually embraced it since then. There are definitely times I've been in front of some 'expert psychic' and I can see their limitations, yet they can't see mine, I've still got an ability to hide some of it. I have my moon in the 12th house and this is one of my treasured placements. I have a stellium in the 1st house, but I absolutely treasure my Leo moon in the 12th house. I sleep well and long (most nights), and I've always had very unusual, fantastical dreams. I would also sleepwalk as a child. I learned never to go to sleep under a bright moon shining through the blinds, because that was definitely a trigger for me. I once slept walked out of my house and out into the neighborhood, before my dad found me. As an adult I don't sleepwalk anymore, but I am still very sensitive and emotional, and I love being alone for at least part of the day, and I do well working alone. It's not a want, its an absolute need to be alone. Sleepwalking also runs in the family, with my mother, a Cancer Rising experiencing it, as well as all of her sisters. My mom has an interesting fascination with the moon, and she would also say that "the"*moon* is looking extra beautiful tonight!" when we were kids, and we'd all go out and do a money ritual with it. Even now in adulthood we will call each other or let each other know when the moon is full, and go out to enjoy it. I have really fond feelings for the moon, and to have it in the 12th house is just awesome <3

I have Saturn conjunct my north node in the 12th house. I definitely feel that my life is a bumpy ride with repeating patterns and life lessons. I experienced childhood trauma, not knowing my biological father and living in a divorce household. I don’t have any siblings or a lot of family. I do feel lonely and isolated. I have a young neurodivergent child and I do feel isolated and misunderstood in having to take care of her. I got Saturn in the twelfth house, just went through my first saturn return and none of what you said is true. I LOVE being alone. I like to engage with people but prefer to be in my own energy most of thew time. I did feel a little alone at the begining of the transit but after a couple of months that was gone. I sleep great now, and fall asleep super quickly. I have been spiritual since a child. - I do want. to say, I have met a lot of people that dont have it naatally but have gone through the transit of saturn through the 12th and they had a shit time too so no, if you have Natal Saturn in the 12th house you're not doomed. It is a tough placement but i see people having way worse lives than mine that have a ''better'' looking chart. Astrology is about learning how to work with your energy.

12th house conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter in Capricorn. Never in a cult, not at all religious. Only child and spent a lot of time alone as a child. Teachers said I was a loner. Like that's a bad thing?! I thrive on solitude. Only one brief hospital stay as a young girl when I had my appendix removed. Not a lot of visits to hospitals or institutions. Very big daddy's girl. I don't know if having Jupiter there mitigates some of the negatives of Saturn there. I watch for negatives more with Venus than any other planet.

Jupiter in the 12th - I do have a thing that I've been aware of where I slip out the back door so to speak right before SHTF. I'm sure that's happened a lot more without me being aware of it. I was also just talking about old narrow steps and how I fell down some so quickly from the second step straight down to the bottom - I didn't remember the trip down at all, did break anything, no concussion, and didn't end up with any bruising. My friend was behind me at the top of the steps kind of distracted and they realized I stopped talking mid sentence, heard a single thud and turned to look just as I reached the bottom. I was all contorted up between the bottom step and the bookcase in a way that took me a minute to get untangled and standing up. I joked that something carried me to the bottom once it realized I lost my footing. That's kind of been a theme in my life - I get knocked down to the bottom but somehow I'm still ok. People can try to trip me up, and succeed, but I'm down there dusting myself off and laughing like Bugs Bunny walking away from traps.
