ОтветитьDr. Berg, I eat sardines almost every day. However, I have been told there is an issue with getting sardines in a can because of heavy and/or toxic metals getting in the fish because of the can. Should I be concerned?

ОтветитьI did the 3 day Sardine challenge and it was a FANTASTIC way to kick start KETO, worked a treat for me BUT it's not easy to just eat Sardines haha, starts off OK but even using hot sauce to make them more appetising it's still difficult to get them down. I can personally recommend Sardines IF you can stomach them.

ОтветитьLike your work. Efficient. Clearly presented. Credible. Started to eat sardines a month ago…now a daily ritual. Working my way through brands…never met one I didn’t enjoy. I will have lab work in about six weeks…enough time for benefits to emerge. By then, I will be 84. Doing very well so far.

ОтветитьI used to be afraid of eating sardines because I've always heard that they were nasty. But after doing a bunch of research about the healthiest foods to eat I noticed sardines kept popping up in almost everything I've read and watched including this video. So I found the best quality canned sardines and just tried it and they're actually really tasty, I even like the texture! I like to lay them out on a plate or lettuce and season them with cayenne, black pepper and lemon juice and now I've made them a part of my weekly diet eating one to two cans per week. Theyre so good and they make me feel good! Definitely worth a try if you've never had them
