Where is my sex drive? Like a cheeky crab, it pinches me and shoots a blast of intense visceral charge. Then looks at me for answers, shrugs and moves under a rock. I maybe then make a move into the energy; make love, masturbate, create art.. but am then left looking around confused as the charge evades me! Especially confusing when there is another person involved. There is no consistency with cancer which I find endlessly frustrating. Other people have called me a tease/flakey/non-comittal for this. I don’t understand what you mean by equating taking anger in alone and dealing with it alone with being passive aggressive. Can you define passive aggression? It means to me trying to punish someone indirectly. That’s not what I’m doing when I draw into myself. If someone makes me feel angry usually I feel afraid of them because they have inflicted pain on me. I guess they may feel annoyed that my behavior towards them has changed but I’m not withdrawing to punish them but to protect myself from more pain as well as the memories of pain that flood on me whenever I see them.
