Ecstatic Dance at Santa Monica Beach

Atasiea Kenneth L. Ferguson (@atasiea), co-founder of Ecstatic Dance LA (@ecstaticdancela), leads a Dancing Freedom Ceremony at Santa Monica Beach on September 8, 2021.

Ecstatic Dance LA weaves together world class DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages community celebration where one can simply be themselves, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Ecstatic Dance is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves freely, alongside a group of people who are there to connect and expand together.

Ecstatic Dance LA is open to all, no dance or movement experience is necessary.
