ОтветитьAWESOME TABLE TALK! 🫶🏼👑☝🏽👑
ОтветитьI am always confused and probably will still be so! The Vietnamese translation of "Good News", and I used to stop there, we are supposed to go (be) back to The Father.
Is earthly life hopeless? No, hopeful actually! If we love Jesus, abide in Him, we will know the truth, and the Truth will set us free (Scriptures). I used to think that reading books, hearing preachings, and thinking hard, ...(they are great helps), but I forgot what the bible says!
I am 37 years old, third generation Adventist, son of a missionary, and I’ve always wondered how eating a fruit could result in 6000 years of absolute misery. This helped me start to understand the mechanism better thank you.
ОтветитьAdam and Eve are actually running away from themselves , from who they have become from their VERSION of who God is(sinners who are anti God)but God is trying to save them from the torment😢
ОтветитьWow! Amazing! Jesus, thank you for emptying Yourself so that our cups may overflow with YOUR love, grace and compassion. Jesus, you are KING OF KINGS and LORD OF ALL. We love YOU, Jesus.
Ответить I João 5:4
ОтветитьAmen Pastor
ОтветитьThe gospel is the good news about God from everlasting pass to everlasting future.
ОтветитьPowerful discussion! I have new perspectives and understanding now praise God.
ОтветитьThank you for this conversation! The Gospel is about relationship and not about seclusion, it’s about togetherness and not loneliness, it’s about others and not myself, and it’s about God being for us and not Him being against us! Praise God! Thank you Jesus!
ОтветитьThis is so profound!! Praise God!
ОтветитьAlright, this brought me to tears.
ОтветитьHave mercy. The End of this was soo powerful.
ОтветитьThis is the bomb!
ОтветитьLies believed break the circle of love and trust, leading to self protection psychology.
ОтветитьA brief summary of the gospel of Christ is that it consists of things we must believe, commands that we must obey to be saved, and promises of God that we will receive after salvation.
Salvation in Christ starts when one hears about what Jesus did for them on the cross and then believes in Jesus as Lord. Once a person believes in what Jesus has offered by way of salvation, they must realize their sin, repent of their sins, confess Him as Lord, get water baptized for the forgiveness of their sins, and live obediently to His commands.
Peace listening from Tanzania, got a word from a friend in Jamaica. I praise God for His word!
ОтветитьI started the wearing of Nike Shoes in Sydney’s Western suburbs in ‘70’s.
ОтветитьThankful for these men. What a great start to the series.
ОтветитьTy… loan your friend David The Chronicles of Narnia!! Best series written!! 🙌
ОтветитьPowerful🙌😃 Praise God🙌🙏
ОтветитьForever changed.
ОтветитьWay too good!
ОтветитьMind-blown 🤯 and heart-stirred ❤🔥
I am just so grateful for you finding words to drive the depth of biblical truth right home . . .heartbound 😳
❤❤❤
ОтветитьThe idea of the gospel was profound. I had to research the gospel and peace. From the armor of God Righteousness precedes peace and is the prerequisite of peace. Real talk! Y’all were all over but as Dave says “are you tracking with me?” And yes I was tracking with you.
ОтветитьWow!!!
When shame is connected to the right story, it can actually do a good work. That’s because when we experience shame, we can say, “I’ve done something that took the smile away from the person next to me—but that doesn’t mean they’re abandoning me. It just means I need to do something to restore that disconnect and come back into relationship with the person who loves me.”
However, when shame is connected to a story that is a lie, we end up believing the lie—which says, “They’re never going to love you.”
This is why Adam and Eve hid in Genesis —and ever since then, we as humans keep hiding. But Jesus is seeking us despite our shame. He wants to restore us to Himself.🙏🏼
Wowww powerful conversations ❤❤
ОтветитьThe Gospel is in the Sanctuary, too.
ОтветитьGreat Gospel conversation... I love it... Looking forward to the next installments... 👍
ОтветитьPowerful conversation. God bless you
ОтветитьLove the scene, just simple lounge setting with open bibles.
Please keep it simple, biblical, don’t add church doctrines so that we can share this with friends who need Jesus and salvation.
Church does not save, Jesus does..
Thank you, I’m absolutely loving every minute of it and eagerly waiting for the next one!!!
Blessings from above for such a time as this.
If evangelion for people of Old testament times looked forward to the Lamb of God coming as a baby. Then is it possible that evangelion fo people of the 21st century might include also a looking forward, Jesus coming as a conquering King and the lion of Judah?
ОтветитьThe gospel is the holy history of Jesus. Could it also include the holy present and the future of Jesus? Including the precious promise of His soon return?
ОтветитьIs there anything wrong with saying that the gospel is simply Theos esti agape (God is love)? Everything depends on and flows from these three words.
ОтветитьAmen
ОтветитьInspiring discussion. The thought that was triggered for me was that the great controversy and the good news are not about power. The connotation of warfare is that it involves comparison of power and might. The stronger wins, the weaker is eliminated. But the universal conflict is not about power. Even evil entities in the Bible recognized Jesus and knew that they cannot fight against Him. The conflict is about the original accusation: that God is unfair, unrighteous, unloving. That is why the cross was the ultimate victory. It was not necessary for the universe to know that God was strong. It was necessary that they know that God is love. This, the real good news, is that the battle was won because God showed love, facing death for His creation while we were still sinners. Hallelujah!
Ответить“The concept of substitution may be said to lie at the heart of both sin and salvation. For the essence of sin is man substituting himself for God, while the essence of salvation is God substituting himself for man. Man asserts himself against God and puts himself where only God deserves to be; God sacrifices himself for man and puts himself where only man deserves to be. Man claims prerogatives which belong to God alone; God accepts penalties which belong to man alone.”
- John Stott, The Cross of Christ, p160.
Excellent presentation abd discussion by the panel. Ty and David are masterful at explaining biblical themes. Love it. Love it. Love it!
ОтветитьAngelo this is wartster7445. I know nothing of Orlando but would very much appreciate ur reply re my recent comments…if u care too of course. Bro in Chris.
ОтветитьA one hour example of how to obscurate the Gospel.
It’s much simpler:
“For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.”
I Cor 15.3,4
Jesus died for our sins according to the Scripture. Full stop.✋
The gospel- the ink of history is dry- learning to ruminate on the gospel - the incarnation, life, death and resurrection of Jesus.
Ответить23 later David beautifully interrupted Ty with all confidence 😅😅😅
Great theological talk!
Wow! Thank you so much guys...May the Lord continue to use you in a mighty way. I'm being blessed from Kisumu KENYA
ОтветитьTeaching them to observe all things....They will have to observe our/ my life...
ОтветитьThanks for this❤.I see tribalism now on Christianity, so much theological arguments and denominational hate on social media, we should be careful what we watch even on Christian media. The devil is working 100x
