A Mock Interview with real QA Managers

This has been such a great video, the conversation stimulated me and gave me such confidence in my testing management and how to improve on what I already have. Thank you very much

Great interviews- these managers seemed very nice to work for and had great answers. I was hoping the question or that someone mentioned, how does a manager deal with leadership, when there's a need for more resources and the team (including development) is overwhelmed? Also, how does manager determine and communicate to the their directors about the length of training on their proprietary systems?

This indian girl in the interview sounds like a pain in the ass to work with, she talks as if she is entitled.

What the hell. These guys and gals sound like straight amateurs. The QA manager is just rambling on basic thought processes. And the responses by agreeing with the QA Manager as if he made some sense is even more hilarious. And whoever brought up PIP against a QA employee is even more dumber than dumb not seeing it would be the QA manager at fault for not being genuinely tactful in process explanations, maybe not knowing real world problem-solving in the first place.

I loved this mock interview very realistic and all of you very well done! I was just feeling it’s me giving interview because all situations were explained Are my examples or work culture.
