can i get the pdf that you use in this video
ОтветитьAmazing material very helpful thank u very much
ОтветитьHey! I did take the exam and scored 90%.
ОтветитьGood course, took the exam and got 100%
ОтветитьThank you so much, I took the exam and got a 90%!
ОтветитьAwesome course
ОтветитьThank you for the explanation. This really helps me to understand what six sigma is and the application in the industry.
ОтветитьI don't get where you got the "3 rings" from. No explanation of the situation, the problem etc. So vague
ОтветитьYour examples of food are just bad, a cook book, coffe ot tea, pizza. Manufacturing examples are needed, measuring with micrometers, calipers gage blocks something a pizza delivery might not get. Had to shut this off after all these bad examples that do not related to manufacturing.
ОтветитьThank you so much for the presentation, the way you have explained the concepts and link their history with process improvement projects. It is no doubt a very fruitful learning and would surely support me in my professional work.
ОтветитьVery informative and easy understanding. Thank you so much!
ОтветитьThank you so much .for best presentation
ОтветитьThankyou for this presentation ! Quite insightful.
ОтветитьSo basically it means let,s go in details in the all process and see where the flaw is, right?
Ground breaking!
What a bunch of crap….
"Japanese manufs. are competitive again" ? Peter Drucker unleashed the Japanese culture of perfection in manuf. on the world & they've never looked back. "Made in Japan" is a sign of quality & reliability that consumers pay for.
ОтветитьFantastic lecture, thank you
Ответить100 / 100 Points (100%)
ОтветитьA normal distribution should follow 68-95-99 rule from statistics. The way you explain this does not conform to normal distributions. Don't understand how this was calculated. Could you explain more. Thank you.
-- OK there is a 1.5 sigma deviation applied and is not a normal distribution of data. Got it! That would be helpful to explain.
Enjoying your presentation
ОтветитьVery informative.. saved because I need to listen again and again. Examples help me understand
ОтветитьHello, how can I donwload this superb presentantion?
ОтветитьPls tell any one the importance of lean six sigma certificate
ОтветитьWhere to get an actual certificate?
ОтветитьThanks full for the presentation that maked me to know and understand about link six sigma lessons. One more time thank you so much.
ОтветитьYou didn't talk about kaizen from lean method and DMAVC?
ОтветитьDo you have a plan to conduct green and black belt training in person in japan
ОтветитьSo I can't get over something. You keep talking about signal levels and deviations but a standard deviation is a variable number but then you're trying to attribute permanent numbers to a sigma level without any numbers or constants provided?
ОтветитьI'm just 30 mins into this lecture and I really wish I could meet Gabe in person. He breaks everything down to the very basics. For years I have always hated mathematics but the way he explained deeply the relationship of Y and the function of x's made me wish I had a teacher like him while growing up.
Ответитьwhy was the "non utilized skills" removed in MUDA? Doesn't it impact the whole process? I learned TIMWOOD stands for Transportation, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Overproduction, Overprocessing, Defects... Thank you!
ОтветитьI GOT 9 OUT OF 10 YESTERDAY. I AM YET TO GET MY FREE WHITE BELT CERTIFICATE FROM YOU.
ОтветитьPlease what about the yellow and green certification?
ОтветитьThanks! Well done.
ОтветитьHow to be certified as white belt?
ОтветитьThanks a lot, can i get certificate for what i attended the exam in monkey survey because there i put my info also, is it possible?
ОтветитьJust got 100%. Class was awesome
ОтветитьGreat job thank you for this. Very helpful!
ОтветитьWoooow, all this information available for free!! Just asking the audience.... are you trying to pass an exam? Or are you trying to learn the skills so that you can support the Lean Six Sigma efforts at your workplace? Just wondering.
ОтветитьThank you a lot, great material, presentation and pop quiz. Already feeling like a white belt expert
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьProblem is, this all assumes a willing, productive work force who simply need an improved process. If, however, you've got (for example) a bunch of lazy warehouse workers who hide most of the day, doing social media on their phones, only working for short periods before disappearing again, you'll only see minuscule improvement by streamlining the process. If I could somehow include "fire all these do-nothings and hire some real workers" as a strategy to implement during the 'Improve' phase, that one change ALONE would get us to our production goals, without any other tweaking whatsoever. <sigh>
Ответитьin simple economics, the methodolgy referred to as regression analysis
ОтветитьExcellent introduction of what Lean Six Sigma for anybody completely new to it!
There's just one thing with this video (and with traditional six sigma)... What we heard in this video was that Yellow Belts, White Belts and Subject-Matter-Experts are supposed to help Black Belts with their projects. I respectfully and completely disagree. Wouldn't it be better to enable these people and others to be able to confidently lead projects of their own? What do you think is the drawback of focusing so much on just a few Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts to try to solve every problem using statistical tools? How many more "problem-solvers" and "problem -avoiders" can we develop if we focus on the actual Subject Matter Experts to have the leadership and problem-solving skills to solve any sort of problem before it becomes a statistical maze? That's why we also offer curriculums for Red Belts (Team Leaders) and Orange Belts (Pillar/Project Leaders).
Regardless of whether you'd like to count that 8th type of waste, can we agree with the importance of Skills Unused/Untapped! They say the mother of all wastes is Overproduction, but maybe the grandmother is Skills Unused/Untapped. Think about it, if we train our employees to see wastes, hate Tim Woods, and actually empower them to remove them on a daily basis, all the other forms of waste will continuously reduce!
Great staff for a beginner. Like your presentation.
ОтветитьWatching this in April 2024, this is so clear to understand, I usually fall asleep watching other videos and I wonder if i would ever get the idea of six sigma, but with this tutorial it was different I didn’t fall asleep all through the class, thanks for uploading 😊
ОтветитьIf u could just post the link to the test here
ОтветитьPlease help me with the certification test link
