What's so amusing about the 'copyright silence' here is that literally one or two clicks away is every single song on the list - to listen to, free of charge, and the person sitting in that chair on the left is one of the final copyright holders, who most likely doesn't mind the song snippets being played, and finally, nobody loses any money by the song being played in this particular context.
