I'm not a big comic book fan or knowledgeable like yiu... Not in a million years, however I'm a person with common sense.
These future state from. DC is gonna backfire to them. Every time comic. Books try to "innovate" they always end up messing other characters, other plots and of course messing with the old school community that still loyal to your comics.
These experiments the vast majority of times have proven to do more damage than good, it's just not worth it.
I would rather bring back old heroes or villains from very old comics(DC has lots of those) kinda like what they did with kiteman and actually make a good writing that put them on the map instead of recycling the same old classic villains over and over.
If they wanna approach a more manga style comics because kids nowadays read more manga and more anime fans than comics, OK try it but just don't messed up what you have build just because it's a weak attempt to get more readers.

When i found out Red X is becoming an official member of the DC universe i almost jumped for joy

So is this future state gonna be canon to the main continuity?

Why do people hate change so much? People who don't embrace change i fell like they never really grow as a person in life, imo.

I’m excited and appalled at the same time by DC future state lol. I’m gonna get the Jon Kent’s books and the Yara Flor’s books for sure. All the rest are a hard pass from me, especially the Flash books, they removed Barry’s powers and turned Wally evil just so they could replace them by an uninspired hero with a boring design. This event gives me a weird feeling of joy and hate at the same time.

Superman requires a kryptonian to be the legacy. Batman, doesn't have any such requirement. So, Damian doesn't need to be the Batman. I expect Tim to be the one. Dick wanted to be nightwing again after he was Batman when Bruce was Time travelling.

The moment I gave up on DC... was the moment I read future state: The flash. I’m tired of Barry’s powers being messed with comic or show, idc anymore it’s old. I’m also tired of them doing this to Wally, he deserves justice. Also why the hell kill some of the flash family, especially in such a stupid comic run. If this is canon after February I’m going to be pissed off

What I think about the idea of Future State? Is been a long time since I don't buy DC comics since I got tired of monotony. Future State caught my attention once again. I look forward on reading them.

If Dick Grayson doesn't end up being the next Batman (like they should've never changed after the events of Battle For The Cowl, DC FAIL, and I LOVE DC COMICS😡🤬) I'm done following the Batman comics, because the only person that makes sense to become the next Batman, is Dick Grayson. infinite woke is good news for people who love more woke and the most woke like male bisexuals and disabled. infinite woke is also great for fans of wildstorm bec more wildstorm characters are being used again such as the rumored return of Authority.

Looks like the woke of 5g will just continue in infinite woke or current woke.

Looks like 5g survived in future woke with stuff like Wally West being a villain and killing people which seems to be a favorite story of the fired Dan who already did it before in Heroes In Crisis. We also have the similar Billy Batson killing a bunch of people which maybe is also a favorite story of the fired Dan. A bunch of powerless former green lanterns getting killed is maybe also a favorite story of the fired Dan.

Why on Earth would I want to read this crap? It's just a bunch of Elseworlds/Earth 2 types of stories. DC lost me with the New 52 and I can't see this brining me back.

What would be interesting is that they keep the current Batman (Bruce Wayne), Superman(Clark Kent), Wonder Woman (Diana) and others iconic heroes that never die; A lot of people wouldn't want to see those heroes die(permanently) and give a future DC in which Superman, Wonder Woman and so on giving the mantle to new heroes. The heroes that we all are familiar with should stay young and forever. Basically, they should never kill off Clark Kent as Superman, Diana as Wonder Woman and so on forever. Keep both of them simultaneously, but in a billion of billions years in the future. Keep the iconic heroes and the new ones.
