Aviles ITU World Duathlon 2021 race recap

Season of seasons done. Last race of the year completed last weekend with my best result to date.

It's been quite a year with two silver medals at the #britishtriathlon national and British championships with some big PBs over both 10 and 25 mile time trails.

Last weekend I secured a 4th place in the #ITUWorldDuathlon in my age category and 12th overall.

in previous years I've lost chunks of time on the bike but with my new found bike legs I went 2nd fastest in my age category and 5th overall which was a huge surprise.

I'm now having two weeks off before getting back to training for the British championships in March.
