- reverse lunge scoop RIGHT
- squat jack tap
- reverse lunge scoop LEFT
- seated ab kickout

Block 2 (repeat for 8 min)
- knee to elbow plank
- table top side crunches
- burpee snatch RIGHT
- bicep curls
- burpee snatch LEFT

Block 3 (repeat for 8 min)
- plank shoulder taps
- fast feet tap
- RIGHT front lunge/overhead press
- sit up/Russian twist
- LEFT front lunge/overhead press

Block 4 (repeat 7 min)
- RIGHT tricep kickbacks
- dumbbell swing switch
- starfish jacks
- LEFT tricep kickbacks
- drunken mountain climbers

Block 5 (repeat 5 min)
- RIGHT hip dips
