ALWAYS buy the single handle faucets, preferably MOEN brand.

All faucets will leak eventually, single handles have one cartridge to change, with a two handle faucet it could be like nine different seats or stems or washers and the amount of time it takes to figure out what’s leaking, you’re better off buying a new one.

Watched to whole video to see how to seal the floor and tub area. Never happened.

Great video and great tips. The only thing I always do differently is paint 2nd coat before plumbing and vanity goes in. Then only touchup if needed. Never had an issue but appreciate the tips.

I'm from the UK, never have I seen anyone ever take out their sink and toilet to lay this type of flooring, it looks good though.

I was wondering if I could just put the prime leveler "without" using the leveler mix itself before putting down the vinyl sheets? Would that be a problem later or potential issues?

installing the faucet on the basin before you install it makes it easy, but then when you want to replace it, do you have to tear up the whole basin again?

i've changed faucets from inside nad underneath the sink so often, its awkward angles and my big hands don't help

I did the tiles in my shower and floor then did 3d wall tiles new mirror and toilet and redid the bath tub spouts and redid all drawers and I’m only into it about 3k and it’s easily a 15k bathroom if I paid someone

Puts the most basic looking faucet in and says an escutcheon plate is ugly. Go with a nice single handle faucet, would look a million times better regardless of the plate.

Affordable. dont want to spend $7000 for a 8x7 bathroom

If you have a shower tray is it best to put the flooring under the shower tray or fit the shower tray and cut around it .
