Something to consider Jamie most countries are now below replacement fertility, excluding African counties and a few others.
At some point the UKs population will stop growing, but before it gets to that point the rate of growth will slow massively. The UK has a fertility rate almost as low as China now. The UK will have a choice at some stage to either allow immigration on an unprecedented scale, or allow the population to stagnate and age.
I know this is all quite some time away, but food for thought.
How do you go by with finding out what's the best cities to invest properties into is it just keeping an eye out on the projects the city has on-going? Such as upgraded schools, new building and hospitals etc
