ОтветитьHe makes 2,000,000 dumplings a year? If he worked every day of the year that's like 5,500 dumplings a day?
ОтветитьCanadians are super nice

ОтветитьLove. This is so great. There are so many parallels between Chinese and Italian cultures. Family! Enjoy! Delicious! Learn techniques! Frank Pinello is wonderful for wanting to learn about this and for embracing this culture. Eat, eat! Mangia, mangia! Universal. Everyone knows the proud smile when something tastes really good.
ОтветитьPizza < Block of Concrete with Pesto < Pierogi 🥟 < Frozen Dumpling < Angels < Fresh Dim Sum

ОтветитьWish our dim sum restaurant could serve 3000 people. There just aren't enough Chinese customers in Cincinnati. But we survived the pandemic.
ОтветитьI like how much respect you show the chefs.

ОтветитьWhat a weak white man.
ОтветитьAs a SEA child who grew up in the PNW and went to college in New England, the NE is where my heart is.
ОтветитьDim sum chef def isn't from Hong Kong. He's got a bit of a Donguan accent
ОтветитьMuch as I loved the time frank spent in the restaurant, it was a shame we couldn’t have spent a little more time getting to know his Chinese neighbours too. Either that, or have had a separate episode on that and other great examples of cultural exchanges through food.
