Dim sum chef def isn't from Hong Kong. He's got a bit of a Donguan accent

Much as I loved the time frank spent in the restaurant, it was a shame we couldn’t have spent a little more time getting to know his Chinese neighbours too. Either that, or have had a separate episode on that and other great examples of cultural exchanges through food.
