The bone in ribeye at Longhorn is fabulous. Been going there for years and have never been disappointed. Great service great food, relaxed atmosphere and great cocktails. I realize a lot of people like Texas Roadhouse but even after this video I don’t see any reason to go there.
ОтветитьWhy did people put lemon on seafood, that totally masked the flavor. Nothing more fattening than honey or any sweet on high carb bread. It was insane to put onion and mushroom on expensive steak. It is acceptable only on meat loaf.
I only ordered Rib Eye in any steak restaurant. Who the hell eat back ribs?
I hated Texas Roadhouse because of the loud family crowds.
Derek looks a bit like Rodney Dangerfield
ОтветитьFun video.
ОтветитьGod invented lemon for seafood…..😀👍🏼😀
ОтветитьIt all looks very good, medium rare for me. I don’t know that I for having my steak smothered in onions and mushrooms. I like the natural taste of steak.
ОтветитьThat cow is still moving no thank you
ОтветитьWhat is that fluid from a steak. It’s usually not blood but juice. Changed my life learning that.
ОтветитьHi Derek and Catherine, I love Texas Roadhouse. The rolls are to die for and I never got the combo appetizer but it looked delish. Derek, your steak 🥩 looked fabulous. A perfect medium rare. Yummm! B safe in your travels.
ОтветитьThats a medium rare steak at MOST all day
ОтветитьI used to get the sirloin all the time (personally it is cooked and seasoned so well it’s tough to beat there) until I ordered the Road Kill with no cheese and an extra patty. Now I’m hooked on that.
ОтветитьWait you grab the rolls yourself and bring them to your table? What is service in 2024 my god.
ОтветитьWow, that dinner would easily cost $500.00 in New York!!!
ОтветитьFlavor and richness wise, the bone-in ribeye is the one to get at Texas Roadhouse. Just a FYI, you can add additional ounces... I want to say $2 extra per each ounce.. so, you can ask for a 21oz/22oz/23oz bone in ribeye if you want. But don't go too big, otherwise the steak gets too thick and the flavor gets thrown off, when a steak is cut too thick. 20oz-22oz is ideal, in my opinion. But the bone-in ribeye, flavor-wise, beats their porterhouse, and filet.
ОтветитьEhh, it's OK steak but overall, including the wild west shrimp, Longhorn is better. My favorite is the outlaw bone in ribeye. One downside of TR is the noise
ОтветитьIf you order your steaks medium or medium well you will feel better and it does matter that you have to get away from raw and rare anything rare is not tender , has to be cooked , a tender steak depends on your prep and marinade
ОтветитьTexas roadhouse isnt the place for a good steak period
ОтветитьMEDIUM RARE! (only way to go!)...I think you recently changed over to the winning side; Medium Rare.
ОтветитьJust a thought. You handled the most germ filled item in a restaurant (the menu), then put your finger on your food! That was nasty!
ОтветитьYou can never get into this place! There's always a waiting line and it's just not worth it. The place is over the top loud
and the food is not as good as Long Horn Steak House at virtually the same prices. Just my observation from someone
who lives in a huge metro area where there are people everywhere. Maybe I should eat like an old person and go maybe
at 3 or 4 pm on a week day. Ha!
Sweet potato with butter and sour cream also tastes great.
ОтветитьThat filet is still mooing.
ОтветитьThe food looks quite delicious, glad you enjoyed it !
ОтветитьThat sweet potato looks so good.
ОтветитьThey have a great burger too.
ОтветитьAlways got great food there l ate at the first restaurant in New Albany Indiana great food and service
Ответитьthat steak was med rare
ОтветитьI have to eat now!!
ОтветитьThat's medium rare steak
ОтветитьAlways had good experience at Texas Road House.
ОтветитьI always get the Dallas filet, loaded baked potato, and a Caesar salad. They took Ranch water off the menu but still will make one for you.
ОтветитьI've never been to Texas Roadhouse...I would need my steak less red. Thank you for the video. Blessings to you.
ОтветитьIt's medium rare.
ОтветитьDon't send it back they will screw it up
ОтветитьTexas NEVER disappoints. The only problem is y’all aren’t sitting at the bar where all the action is!
ОтветитьYou really don’t think that is well done do you? It is medium rare lucky for you .
ОтветитьThey over salt.
ОтветитьMust be nice
ОтветитьShould have went with the ribeye. They're great. Assuming you get a good piece from the case and the bonehead behind the grill doesn't cook it more than med-rare.
ОтветитьI LOVE GOING TO ROAD HOUSE LOVD THERE ROLLS
ОтветитьRecently had one of THE Best ribeyes I have ever had at a Texas Roadhouse in the Houston suburb of Rosenberg. Cooked to perfection at medium rare. I have eaten at many of the high end steak houses and this ribeye rivaled the best.
ОтветитьI cannot believe how much food you guys ate.
ОтветитьAfter the appetizers, I wouldn't have room for dinner!😊
ОтветитьI love the ribs there!😊
ОтветитьGreat video! 👍👍👍
ОтветитьI'm going to try out Texas roadhouse this month with some friends thank you for this report
Ответитьtoo RARE for me!!
ОтветитьThis place looks really good
Ответитьthe prices are fair. there is a texas roadhouse about 30 minutes from my house. i am going to try it. i will probably get the fillet mignon as i do not want to deal with a bone.
