Zhang played in Indonesia. He just collapsed face down with hands and feet moving around for less than a minute with no purpose and no foaming in the mouth or grasping for air ! No one tried to do anything and the umpire did not call out for help. He became motionless after about 40 seconds and was carried out on board ! This tragic event was very rare!
Medically he died fr Intracranial Haemorrhage from rupture of aneurysm or weakened Vessel Wall !! Very unlikely he had a heart attack . Rest in peace Zhang.
