Homebrew NEIPA Recipe and Review from Love & Beer 2 - It's Pronounced Knee-Pah!

Great video as always guys. Really want to get into all grain. Only started this august home-brewing (extract) and I’m about to start my 4th one. 2 pilsners, IPA and a Grapefruit IPA. Going to try a stout next.

Looks like a cracking beer. By sheer coincidence, I'm sat drinking a NEIPA I made using WHC Sweet Release yeast, which promises a low attenuation of between 63%-68%. Somehow I managed to get 84%, so it's a bit north of 7.5% ABV. Bit too boozy for my tastes.

Great meeting you guys at the fest. Didn’t try that beer unfortunately but the ones I did were bloody gorgeous (yes, even the smoked Lager 😜). You won the fest for top merch and the tap setup looked 🤩 🍻

Cheers! Fantastic meeting both of you in Hackney, having enjoyed your content for years. The Pilsner and Raspberry Wit were great too! Your bar got my vote 👍. Managed to scrounge a load of free hops from BarthHaas on the day, which are going into my own NEIPAs (now I know how to pronounce them), also some free Mango Madness from WHC which has worked well. Hope to meet you again one day, but in the meantime I’ll keep watching…
