What extra toppings do you like to put on your nachos?
ОтветитьCan corn flour substitute for regular flour?
Ответитьthanks
ОтветитьGood recipe I tried it just now and it turned out great! Now can you make a video showing how to make good movies again. LOL
ОтветитьNever been to a movie theater that doesn’t use a big huge bag or can of nacho cheese that they just dump in the warming squirter thingy
ОтветитьWhat about sodium citrate
Just use cheese water and sodium citrate
I think this is first cheese sauce video where I've seen the roux turn into a liquid. I've tried it a few times and never been able to do that and was wondering how do i make it so liquidy before adding the milk like you did?
Ответитьthanks making this tonight for our Mexican potatoes
ОтветитьHow much milk is in there?
ОтветитьI just made this using half preshredded Tex mex cheese and two slices of kraft processed cheese after adding the shredded cheese. The cheese slices contain the enzyme required to smooth the sauce. Worked beautifully, stirred it into penne pasta and Bob’s your uncle! ❤
ОтветитьJust made this now and tastes amazing. A little grainy though, I think the flout wasn’t cooked through long enough?
ОтветитьLove your recipe with the movie nostalgia feel!
ОтветитьHi. Flour taken is wheat flower or corn flour?
Ответитьinstead of flower and butter can i use heavy whipping cream
ОтветитьLooks delicious
Ответитьum... do you even know how expensive it is to buy american cheese in australia? its like $1AUD per single slice of american cheese let alone a block.
ОтветитьI'm going through cheese sauce videos but I don't see the amounts of ingrediants ?
ОтветитьWhat about velveta is that good in this recipe
ОтветитьWhy not sodium citrate
ОтветитьSir, I thank you for this recipe! Made it once & it was completely delish, but I’m embarrassed to say here I don’t remember if the butter is supposed to be unsalted or not!? Don’t remember what I did that time but it was good! Does it matter? I trust it can be made for topping things ya may not necessarily want nachoized? I’m just over here wonderin bout the salt now! Thanks again!
ОтветитьI don't have hot peppers but I have pepereka
ОтветитьAmazing thank you!!
I’ve been trying different premade nacho cheese sauces, trying to find the right taste from the theater. Nothing was working.
So I was trying to find a recipe to just make it myself, finally found this video thank you SO much !!
I know everyone keeps saying to add other stuff, but that’s not movie theater cheese sauce, he’s showing us how it’s made at the theater. Which is awesome and I can’t believe it’s that simple! 🎉
🙏 ❤
People ALWAYS would say that all movie theater nacho cheese is just rico cheese and i still to this day have never gotten anything remotely similar to rico's from a movie theater, and i have been to many theaters.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьThank you so much 👍🏻
ОтветитьYes! Jalapeño juice makes it x1000 yummier! I used to work at a movie theater and that's how we made nacho cheese, we didn't waste anything lol and it was so good!
ОтветитьFinally a video with actual instructions Instead of just saying some of this , some of this and some of this
ОтветитьOnly thing missing is a watery coke (Went to the discount theater when I was a kid) 😜😂
ОтветитьThanks for the recipe the kiddos loved it ❤
ОтветитьIf you don't want to use plastic (aka processed) cheese, you can use a good quality Monterey Jack.
ОтветитьGreat recipe!
I like to add a teaspoon of cumin and chipotle chili powder
Secret ingredient must be flavor enhancer no other way
ОтветитьWas so hard to fjnd a simple delicious recip always too complicated or weird online thank you! My family loves it i double it and add some taco seasoning ♡ white cheddar is our alternative :)
ОтветитьSubscribed! Awesome vid thank you for the recipe
ОтветитьBut what temp? Is the temp consistent throughout the process or does it vary? Can I make this after carmelizing onions with butter and then add flour milk then cheese ?
ОтветитьThanks for the video. I used Velveeta and it tasted similar as you say in your video but I'm looking for the exact flavor. Nachos from the movie theater, the ballpark, or any random concession stand all seem to taste the same, but they do not taste like the Velveeta. I'm trying to find what cheese they use as different cheeses yield different results. Any idea what specific brand of American cheese they use?
ОтветитьWas I the only one who laughed when he took the first bite?
Ответитьgreat video man!
Ответитьcan you use margerine instead of butter ????
ОтветитьWhy does mine come out grainy and gritty 😭 cant figure out why
ОтветитьIve been doing my cheese like this ever since i first watched this video some time ago😋my family loves it thank you!
Ответитьgoing to try this tomorrow
ОтветитьThis was the recipe I needed. Thanks brotha !
Ответить🙏
ОтветитьJust made this for chili cheese dogs… soooooo good 👍
ОтветитьI tried it with tomato sauce instead of the milk and vinegar instead of the brine and it tasted like shit.
ОтветитьThis is the best recipe I’ve tried and it came out perfect
ОтветитьI kinda quadrupled the recipe😅but Ooooooh my my my! I’ll never buy from the store again! Indeed need some jalapeño “juice” for the “nacho flavor kick. All in all, bar none the best simplest recipe and great taste! Also a good base for that “soul food” holiday Mac n cheese! Love you for this thanks! I used Colby Jack and sharp cheddar😲! So nice!
ОтветитьJalepeni juice didn't hear.
