I have lights in my room like lamps/led lights etc but they are too bright to fall asleep too, using this instead of my phone flashlight is way better because in about 30 minutes my phone will turn off and I will be asleep by then perfect solution for when I can’t fall asleep cause I’m a scared 13 year old lol

Thank you very much for this. I wasn't afraid of the dark until I was forced to live a couple of months in a house infested with cockroaches. Now I can't sleep without a light out of fear that they will crawl all over me without me noticing.
