Did you use distilled water?
ОтветитьF’n classic video !!! I love it ! Shine on Bro !
ОтветитьI bought the non food grade stuff for deer attraction. But hell man it’s still molasses. I got 2 gallons. How much water and brown sugar do I need to add to make a run? Is the coconut that important? Thanks
ОтветитьI believe I would’ve left the proof at 110 or 115 so it would pass the black powder test. 😘
ОтветитьIt's "HOT" because you have heads in it...if it's stinky it's because you have tails in it.
ОтветитьSuperb l like your channel.❤
ОтветитьThat bottle of eBay molasses was actually burnt motor oil….. still makes good whiskey though😂
ОтветитьYummmmmmmm..
ОтветитьIs one gallon of molasses enough for a 5 gallon batch or could I add more?
ОтветитьI feel like we're cookin drugs.
ОтветитьIn my 15 years of making Rum I've never.... 😂😂😂
ОтветитьGod bless america & moonshiner’s cheer’s 🇺🇸&🥃 💪.
ОтветитьPhilBilly measurements: pour until the ancestors tell ya to stop
ОтветитьBrown sugar is pointless in molasses, just use white sugar.
ОтветитьMan you’re over doing it with the idgaf attitude. Shit is annoying
ОтветитьIt’s not oils, you simply ran it way too fast because you’re impatient and sloppy
ОтветитьI used 1/2 gallon of molasses and 8 lbs of raw sugar in enough spring water to make a 5 gallon wash. I ended up with almost 1 3/4 gallons of proofed down to 75 proof rum. I made half into coconut rum and the rest with medium toasted maple chips, which made a wonderful golden brown rum!! If you use dady yeast, you don't need 2 -3 weeks!! It will work off in less than a weeks time!!
ОтветитьYeaaa donky nice video
ОтветитьAs soon as I heard fuck it I subscribed
ОтветитьI'm a home brewer. I usually brew IPA's & pale ales. I've been thinking about trying some distilling. I've never done it before. I'm not much of a liquor drinker, but I do enjoy a glass of rum & coke every once in a while. Great video brother. Very instuctive.
ОтветитьWhat’s the brand of ur still pot ?
ОтветитьLove the absolute precise, scientific approach. Taditionaly the brewer/distiller would use what ever was at hand and as much as the container & brew would tolerate. Great vid!!!!!
ОтветитьGreat video, but I'm 3 years too late. Your buddy was right. The top part of the water is the meniscus. Readings are measured at the bottom edge of it. I'm going to try this recipe for sure.
Ответитьi went to the feed mill by my house and picked up molasses for real cheap.
ОтветитьI picked up my unsulfured molasses from my local feed mil it as super cheap. i bought 300 bs of grain and molasses mixed and it cost m 65 bucks. but I just tried my molasses and I cant get my yeast to kick off... not sure hat i did
ОтветитьCan you drop it in a burnt oak barrel?
ОтветитьI miss working with sanitary fittings
ОтветитьI want to subscribe until I seen you using poison water it's amazing how many people actually use this water thinking they know everything and they don't know their asses from a hole in the ground! This water is on the high arsenic list it is taken from a Superfund Site in the middle of New York State!
Congratulations you're making your alcohol into poison congratulations you're making your alcohol into poison!
I see you have a disclaimer is that because you're using poison to make alcohol?
To me to me you're nothing but scum you have no clue of what you're doing!
You're poisoning people who follow your direction to me you're just a scumbag
I saw some better looking videos, but after seeing the thumbnail of this videos and watching for 30 seconds I knew this man was an expert
ОтветитьYooooo, look how veracious they are!!! They can't contain themselves. 😂😅
ОтветитьFound you're channel a month ago,Love you're videos but Definitely love this Rum video great job.
ОтветитьFeed molasses is 25 $ 5gal bucket at my farm supply store . Makes some good rum too
ОтветитьAwesome. . Mark . Barbados
ОтветитьLove the Accurate Measuring lol..
ОтветитьYou measure sugar like the rest of us measure garlic, and I’m living for it 🤣
Ответитьdid mine exactly how you did yours last year using turbo yeast and man did it come out strong! almost blew the lid off when fermenting too- lol
Ответитьyou are a regular walter white
ОтветитьFOUL LANGUAGE IS UNNECESSARY.
ОтветитьNice video man, thanks.
ОтветитьTrue Bourbon can only come out of Bourbon County, Ky.. That's why it's called Bourbon. Anything else, no matter where it comes from is just Whiskey.
ОтветитьI never saw him add the molasses
ОтветитьGood for your plants to the ones you trim
ОтветитьGot a Kamala add on your video wtff
ОтветитьI subscribe to less than a minute in right after you said you use the whole f**** thing
ОтветитьSloth pimping the red flannel shirt
ОтветитьBourbon is 5% corn store in a New charred ok barrel.. gotta be made in the United states.. and I forget the proof numbers of coming off the still.. stored.. and bottled at.. and you got more rules for straight bourbon.. and bottled in bond
Ответитьlol
Ответитьwhere can I get a still like this !? Im in UK
ОтветитьWhen I tried this recipe it smelled like ass/sulfur. Everything I’ve tried with molasses seems to have the same smell. Is it a ph issue? Or yeast stress?
