Just got Tekken over the weekend and I’ve been LOVING King. Haven’t played online yet but getting the combos down has been so fun

If you play king you should make R3 the ki charge option so the chain grabs are super easy. Also make your left triggers bind to 1-4 and 2-3

Super you have to learn what power crush is and use it against agressive opponents.

King mains are insane!

Talk about a close match

If you do ⬇️↙️ 1&2 you get multiple hits of armor and you press 2 and it connects it’s a heat engager. Also if you want to catch up to an opponent ➡️ 3&4 you’ll do a dash that has multiple inputs 1 or 2 are highs that can be ducked. 3 is a mid tracking kick and 4 is a low dropkick. 1&2 goes into a RKO untechable grab but can be ducked. Most of Kings grabs have just frames now so if you do it right the crowd goes wild and the grab does more damage.

NGL, that Jin matchup was tense. King always has fun throw combo, can't wait to see more

King with little to no grapples ?

King has high, mid, low, and grown grabs. He can also reverse mid and high kicks. A lot of people don't know these things about King, so use them to your advantage, especially the his ability to reverse mid and high kicks when you play against someone who likes to kick and use his grown grabs against people who do delay wake up's learn these things in practice they will help you to get other players out of there game and get them play how you want them to frustrated and confused.

As far as rage art's go, you won the exchange because whoever gets the hit first in that instance gets it. You rage art first, you will get the hit.

You might not see this since it’s a little late, or you might already know, all blocked supers are launch punishable. If your character has a df+2 launcher, use that. 15 frame moves or lower, or even a grab, as they become unbreakable
